Really bad experience with the service department A failed seat belt that was still under warranty wound up costing $600 to replace. They do not like to deal with warranty issues- no regard for the customer. Stay clear of this place, it will cost you!
BUYER BEWARE! Very unprofessional. No loyalty or trust. They will sell your vehicle from underneath you.
Did not evaluate the issues with the car comprehensively upfront and provide a full estimate. Tacked on other issues after the first one was resolved and there was no way for us other than paying up whatever the dealer quoted for the repair. Calling Toyota headquarters did not help either, who sat on our case for 2-3 days, before coming up with a ridiculous offer, that too if we buy another Toyota. All in all bad taste in the mouth with the whole experience.
Was extremely helpful finding me a Reliable certified used car will recommend this place to all my friends and family!
worst guy he showed me a problematic car and said everything is good but that car was sold by my friend to him. He did not gave my deposit although I said you are selling my friend bad car.
1 starI bought a brand new C6 from these guys in 2011. The car was in their repair shop for most of the summer fixing the same issues over and over. The body shop is dysfunctional, they expect you to coordinate mechanical repairs from an accident with the service department. The car was in for the fourth time to try and complete the bodywork in an acceptable manner. Swirls in the paint, door latch misaligned, headlights popping out of the hood, mystery scratches, no loaner cars. AND, they took 2 months to give it back to me. Heed the advice, avoid them if you can. I work in Customer Service, and I would expect to be fired if I treated people as I have been treated at MacMulkin. By the way, they might give you a good price To sell the car, but expect to get hammered badly on your trade-in.
My wife and I were looking for a third row SUV. We with four kids, we were definitely on a budget. We just returned discouraged from a bait and switch from a previous dealer when we saw a Lincoln Aviator online at Best Ford. The price was about right. We contacted the dealership and spoke with Duncan McCallum. He was very friendly and helpful. He said he would have the car ready the next day for a test drive. The car was impressive! It ran amazing! Duncan was completely upfront and honest with my wife, my father-in-law (who is a certified mechanic), and myself. The service department was also upfront with the importance of keeping up with maintenance and the reasons why. Duncan even gave us a better deal on the Aviator. Needless to say, we bought it right then and there. Thanks to Duncan and the team at Best Ford, my wife and I are no longer looking for a third row vehicle; and we are all riding comfortably as a family! Thank you Duncan and Best Ford! - Marc
