So disappointed in this Ulta!! Whose bizarre decision was it not to carry hair dye??? When I questioned an associate where the hair dye was, she informed me that they don't carry it because it would burn my hair. But, I was welcome to make an appointment for color and cut in their salon. Is she crazy?? It took me forever to find someone who can cut my curly hair properly. No way am I changing my hair dresser that I've been going to for years. And all the other Ultas I go to carry hair coloring. Do their suppliers know ultra representatives are telling customers their products burn hair? I'd be curious to know that?? If the object of this was to try and force me to use their salon, the only thing it forced me to do was to shop somewhere else!!!
