On May 19, 2017, I reserved a Campsite for Oct 11 – 17, 2017 via phone call, 239-793-0091. I received an email the same day that confirmed my reservation in the amount above. Due to Hurricane Irma and the extensive damage to most of South Florida we cancelled multiple reservations at several campgrounds in the South Florida area. On September 14, 2017, I tried contacting Neapolitan Cove RV Resort via email and phone, nobody answered the phone and a message informed that their phones were down and they had no power. I tried calling every other day after September 14, 2017 just to receive the same message. I also never received any response to my email. On September 27, 2017, I contacted Neapolitan Cove RV Resort via phone to request that my Reservation be cancelled and my money refunded. A woman named Shelly from Neapolitan Cove RV Resort would not agree to refund my deposit money, INSISTING RASHLY that the Campground had "not sustained any damage". Shelly also made a point to inform that it was their policy of "NO REFUNDS" after a reservation is made! I informed Shelly that I was cancelling my reservation since I had also cancelled 4 other camping trips to South Florida that were one after the other and all due to the Hurricane! Every other campground graciously refunded all deposits made accept for Neapolitan Cove. I am not going to take my family to an area on vacation that has just been hit by a Hurricane where resources and the like are in short demand! As a footnote Shelly did offer to let me make another reservation anytime in the next year using my deposit because I was getting upset on the phone....why would I want to come now? When we do come to Naples and we come every year, we will stay at one of your competitors!

BAIT AND SWITCH!!! We reserved a particular site 6 months in advance only to find out when we arrived we had been moved. The reason we reserved a particular site was when it rains and it rains daily in the summer season some sites are under water by 4" or more. And when we arrived guess what our site was one of the daily flooded sites #39. Because we had hired a transport company to deliver our travel trailer we had no way to move it on our own and we told even though the campground was 90% vacant they had nothing else to offer as we planned to stay year round. But we did have the option of moving for a few months to the site next door #40 which was dry but would have to move again when the winter season started. I asked Greg and Shelly Finger the MANAGERS if they could move us 33' out 8' over and 33' back and they said NO. So we were stuck at the site with no compensation. We were also told because we had an extra vehicle (For $75.00 per month) I would have to park that outback in an extra parking lot which I had no problem with, but many others that stayed short term parked anywhere they wanted. If you stay at this Park and have a pickup truck make sure you lock your tail gate as one camper next to us got his stolen one night. I only found this out the next morning when Greg told me to make sure I lock mine because many were stolen last year..HUH wouldn't this be something that should of been explained DAY 1..With no gate and no security cameras your on your own!!! Contrary to park amenities listed on there website which clearly says ELECTRICITY is included in the monthy lot rent..Yet we were told it wasn't. Maybe the mangers should review there own policies.. GO FIGURE..The WIFI is a joke and with hardly anyone at the park you be better off sending your email at the post office. We paid a $200.00 Deposit 6 months ago to reserve our site which they refuse to refund when we told them we were leaving. We were not aware of and signed nothing that explains this. So Beware Campers and I really hope the owners of this park reads this and realizes not all Managers are meant to be Managers..
The park has friendly residents but tight spots, the pull through spots are just wide enough to pit out your awning with a foot to spare to the next coach. Back in spots are not very level, short, and require a tight 90 degree turn to get in and out.
