they dont answer phone calls nor do they pick up packages,if u schedule it online,they are always delivering mail at different times,it could be 1pm or as late as 6pm
6 times in Feb I asked to see Postmaster - never inat meeting - doctor - etc! Today @1:30 1 employeeat big counter & 1 at small counter...17 people waiting @ big counter w/12 at small counter...Back@3:30 - 3 employees - lines of 12 & 8 - Still no one knows why Postmaster has not returned from meeting - back shortly!!!!!????
Horrible service they dont answer their phone. Give them a call. perhaps naples could use a new postmaster because this is horrible
The staff is friendly, helpful, and efficient. They answer questions clearly and completely. Even during the busiest of times they treat each customer respectfully and pleasantly, yet are able to move people through rather quickly because of their efficient setup.
I do not recommend anyone going to the US Post Office on Goodlette in Naples. I have been there several times and the help I have dealt with are very sarcastic and act like they resent their job. I will find another one even if I have to drive further.
