Lady hostess was intoxicated. Obviously reservations dont matter. Waiter seemed to quit in middle of dinner. But other than that, it was great lol 0 stars

Visited Restaurant Saturday evening 12/16/2013, ordered appetizer (Calamari), was overcooked, tried to eat, but couldn't even chew. Main course was Grouper, $15.00, no bigger than the bun, literally, undercooked, soft, and bland. Coleslaw was not mixed with anything, as if they forgot to add mayonnaise, just out of the bag, again, took several bites, horrible. Fries, old.
Wife ordered Cheeseburger and coleslaw, ordered burger medium well, came to us rare, same result as me, not edible.
Told waitress, then spoke to manager, who stated these exact words, " I needed to fill out a survey form, due the the owner stating he felt his kitchen had no faults, that she has spoke to him several times about complaints and it goes in one ear and out the other". I asked to speak to the owner, she pointed out he was over at the bar.
that her probably wouldn't listen to my complaint anyway. She then stated she was sorry she couldn't comp for the bad meal, and that I should return again. I stated that will never happen. I was with a group of 30 by the way, and not one of us could justify returning due to the horrible food. By the way, here's the icing on the cake, the men's bathroom was filthy, absolutely filthy, no paper towels and per my wife, the women's was the same, except there was feces splattered on top of the toilet seat.
$80.00, 1 burger, 1 Grouper, 2 coleslaw's, 1 french fry, 2 bud lights, 1 iced tea

Provided by SuperpagesGreat restaurant with a view! We had a wonderful dinner in this resort casual, upscale restaurant. The service was impeccable and the food was well above average. I would recommend this for a lovely evening out.
