        Overall

        Technician was nice and all, but his expertise was in garage doors and thus didn't seem all that knowledgeable about kitchen appliances.

        My washer had stopped balancing (again) and I called. When the repairman finally came out (2 1/2 weeks later) - he was able to fix it better than it's ever been. The only downside is that it took so long to have him get the parts that he needed and get to me. They just left me hanging and didn't call me until the part came in. I give them 4 stars because someone actually fixed it correctly this time and now the washer runs great - better than it ever did.

        I bought a new washer and dryer. They installed it incorrectly and ruined a load of wash. They refused to take care of it. Avoid them at all costs. Terrible customer service!
