        Overall

        It's a fun overall body workout. Every Saturday we Hula Hoop, work with Zumba Toning Sticks, and if we have enough girls & guys let with energy, we do a Zumba Step Class. This is the only class that runs year round that has 4 different types of Zumba in a two-hour slot. LOVE IT!!!
