BB Locksmith

After doing business with this company for ten years and countless key copies, rekeys, etc. I called today to get a price for my family member who needed a car key programmed. I asked if they could do better on their quoted price ($185) as I would with any of my normal vendors. The Manager/Owner Jeanne (sp?) got on the phone, told me she wasn't going to change their price, didn't like how I was going about asking for a better price, didn't have time for this and hung up on me. No back and forth to escalate the situation, she got on the phone and was ready to fight. Nice way to treat a long time customer. I called back in disbelief and she then told me she was closing my account, that we really didn't do that much business with her anyway! Why not be cordial and say "sorry, but we have a lot invested in the programming equipment and can't come down on this one". Nope, just rude and mean. Needless to say, BB locksmith will be getting no future business from us or our 300 Tenants.
