Service was good. Food was DELICIOUS! Will definitely come back, when we are this way again.
The Chicken Parmesan and the Chicken and Italian Sausage Penne was to die for. Great service, amazing food, and amazing atmosphere.
We went to the Carrabba's on S. Cleveland Ave. in Ft. Myers. First they said we didn't call ahead for seating when we did, so we sat at the bar and the bartenders were great! Then we went to our table and the server had a HUGE attitude problem we ALL noticed off the bat. After ordering, you could look around and see nothing but disarray in the restaurant staff. There were servers telling other servers to get the HELL out of their way...their words, not mine. Then a server coming through with a very FULL tray and the other server picks up a chair and flings it up right into his tray almost tipping it over. Then our meal comes. My steak with shrimp and bay scallop toppers came out and I had to wait on the toppers, tasting the broccoli while I waited, was stone cold, the steak was stone cold and I had to send it all back. Then my toppers for the steak came out. What a disgrace to this restaurant chain. The Manager brought back my steak and you could hear by the tone of his voice, that he also had an attitude. On top of all that they didn't even offer anything for our inconvenience. No free desert, no discount, nothing for causing the dissatisfaction to our table. You know what that means????? I WILL NEVER GO BACK!!!
For the past two week this girl messed up my order and when the pizza gets the house we ordered takeout it's cold as a rock
New place. I went with my family and I have to say we all loved the pizza! I don't think people know they are there but they are pretty accessible on PineRidge and food is good. Don't be surprised if it takes a bit of time. But for us it was worth it.
the WORST Marsala I have ever tasted. Nothing like ordering a pasta with chicken marsala and getting over cooked linguini, oil, 6-8 pieces of limp mushrooms and food coloring to make this slop look like chicken marsala. Worst part is that I had bragged to people from out of town that this place was awesome. You may ask why didnt we send the food back... well we had an angry waiter who lokked like graucho Marx who continually told us he was too busy for anything like extra napkins, refills on water. Forget that. So the bill came out to 120.00 plus tip and tax, we have learned ouyr lessons.. NEVER will we ever go there again or recommend this bland tasting acid stomache turning food even to our enemies.
Awesome food, awesome atmosphere, and friendly employees!!! Nice sports bar with entertainment! !!!! Must try when in swf.
I was introduced to my favorite Naples Italian restaurant last year and am very lucky to live close by. Love this place, specials (pricy but enough for two) & cannolis
The best OliveGarden I have ever been too. The staff is very friendly and treats me like I'm part of their family. I have been eating their since they opened many years ago. The management goes out of his way to say hi, how's your meal, and he listens to your imput with strong interest and feedback. The entree is excellent, soup is all you can eat & out of this world. I consume with gusto. The salad is great with an unlimited all you can eat bowl. Homemade breadsticks are superb with just enough garlic to make you want more & again unlimited, all you can eat. You can believe me when I say I've never experienced hunger in Olive Garden. Pricing is great since they prepare all the food homemade and use good quality seafood. Thanks for the memories!
This is the real deal, classic Italian food. Wait staff are friendly, professional and the service is excellent. Nice wine list. Daily specials and menu offers all the classic dishes. This is truly a place you do not want to miss, they have an eye for detail and it shows in their service and food. Visited last night and heading back tonight for our last night in Naples. You may want to call for a reservation.
