This sums it up. I have tried continuously to contact you since Jan 22 2014, which was starting with the Elite panels that I still never had response. You agreed you would give me the money, you said August and September were your slowest months, yet during those months you were constantly working. I have not received any calls back from you, in that, I offered you an option when I have left numerous messages instead of giving me my 695.00 back that you would put tie-downs on. I am out an additional 1600.00 because when I was forced to go with another company because you never returned my phone calls.I feel I am being fair to you that I pay for the product, but forfeit the labor charge since you got the money for labor from the money received from my aluminum you took from the job. There is no way it costs 2 people 695.00 to tear down a carport that only took several hours. In either case, I feel I should not have to suffer the loss which was of no fault of my own. I’ve asked for a reason in why you think you should have kept my money, I never got one, but you did agree that you would give me my money on 8/14/14. Since you’ve taken a lackadaisical response, I will go to various outlets including I will file a complaint under your license with the state, and all this will be mentioned how you did not want to work with a permit.I think I have been more than fair and patient, but now I feel I am getting the run around. If you were a reputable company you would never ask for money down – that’s what reputable companies do. I am asking for $695.00..
