My husband worked for the owner, Brooks, for about a week and a half before realizing that Parrot Head was not a good fit for him. Brooks is now refusing to pay for the hours that my busband worked unless we hire a lawyer and sue him.
I've been renting cars from this Enterprise for 2-3 yrs. Without exception they have performed in a very business like manner. They always have car rdy & sometimes I return to an airport location & causes to problem. Very "Service" oriented group. Sorry to see Jose move on from Tamamai location. Congrats to him though.
The car I was given had less than a quarter tank of gas. If the associate noticed it while he was checking the vehicle, he didn't say anything about it. When I realized as I was driving away, I went back to point it out. The associate said that he would amend the contract so I would only have to return the vehicle with a quarter tank of gas and that he would give me a discount. I waited in the car in the parking lot, thinking I would need to sign an amended copy of the contract. After about 7 minutes, I went back in to see what was taking so long. The associate said I didn't need to sign anything, and laughed. I didn't appreciate being laughed at. In the end, I never received the discount. I wrote a complaint to Enterprise; it's been 5 days and I've only received an auto reply.
The worse experience any body can have. The owner was extremely rude and unprofessional, the truck was in bad condition, very dirty inside and outside, damage outside to the point that the drop off office in Orlando had to call this location to ensure that the damage wasn't done by us and why that truck was rented in such a poor condition. Not going to this office ever again.
I have use Enterprize 2 in the last couple of months and have been satifiied both times. i would chose Enterprize again. The were kind enough to take me to my mechanic so I could get my vehicle.
Not a good car rental experience and I have to rent cars a lot... Well I had to wait, I got a luxery car at a discount because it was what they had, it was dirty, smelled terrible, drivers door had issues, when I bought it to their attention I was told I was "lucky" to have gotten a 2015 BMW , I would rather had a Ford that was clean and smoke free. Then I had too keep it longer than expected 2 weeks while my car was being repaired... I got no discount for long rental, so I paid about $1K for a 2 week rental for a piece of crap...Staff does not have a clue... No management present at all... A bunch of kids...only reason I used them I needed picked up.. Next time I will call Uber to get me to an Avis, Hertz, Budget anywhere but an Enterprise, a expensive mistake....and to beat all they send me this link to review them.. So I did...
