They closed their branch at Green Tree and it's said the clothing left there would me moved to the Immokalee Rd location. I've been trying since then to pick up an ADVANCED PAY Greentree drop off order which they have yet to find . I'm waiting to hear from the owner ,Charlie Silver as to my clothing.
Best Customer Service , Nice atmosphere , Great Price , owner is amazing .Great Great , completely satisfied
This is officially my first review I have ever taken the time to write. I am writing this to protect my Naples neighbors from this absolutely horrible cleaners. The seamstress that works there is so unprofessional, disrespectful, unkind and her work deserves a negative 10. Several of the home owners that live near me warned me about this woman and the quality of their clothes that had been cleaned there and out of convenience one day after work I dropped a few things off out of desperation and lack of time to drive further away to find another dry cleaners. Very unwise choice on my part! My clothes were ruined and I tried to discuss the problem with the seamstress lady that was ringing me up. She was so rude and confrontational towards me calling me names and refused to even look at the damage blaming me for not picking them up on time. Not sure how that matters... My husband tried to talk to her as well as the owner and he was hung up on by her and the owner never returned our call. I am begging you if you are reading this review please do not support this business. They have no respect or appreciation for their customers and their merchandise!
Today I decided to go to a different laundry mat instead of the one on Radio Rd, so I choose town center coin laundry. This proved to turn out to be a costly mistake. I suspected that I was going to spend more money with the dryers because the spin cycle on the washers didn't quite get the clothes ringed out tight enough (a good way to capitalize on the dryers). The first indication with the dryers was that for $.25 you get five minutes instead of 6 minutes at the other laundry mat. Are used to dryers for my towels so that there weren't so many in one dryer I put 3 quarters in each machine on high. After 15 minutes or less the dryer went off and the towels were just as wet as when I put them in. I let the attendant no and she told me to move my stuff to a different dryer so I did and that dryer turned out to be a money pit as well. Clearly I'm frustrated, I have a six dryers and no dried clothes after I put five dollars into these machines. As I see it that's a crime stealing from people because you are not providing a service for the funds provided. I let the attendant know my frustration and she had the nerve to ask me if I was from Naples, I know I looked at her like she was a moron and simply stated does it matter? The dryers are not working and the owner is blatantly ripping people off! So fellow laundry matters, I strongly urge you to stay clear of the town center coin laundry and drop your quarters elsewhere.
Jerry's is awesome. They provide an excellent service for great prices. They always treat me like family. Love this place. Thanks
