Came to Naples to visit family after a loved one passed. I was traveling on the fly and my hair was a mess. Now, I don't let just anyone touch my hair, so I was nervous to even try anyone out in this city. I stopped into Beauty Streak after finding them online, to get a color treatment and a blowout. My hair turned out amazing. If only I could Take this shop with me back home lol. They don't make stylists like this where i'm from!
My best friend always has the best hair color and hairstyles. I asked her who does her hair. She told me Cassie at Beauty Streak Boutique is her stylist. I finally went and Cassie was awesome. I had the best experience ever. She took her time and really made sure my hair color was right and gave me the best cut. I love this place. Great Stylists and customer service. I would highly recommend it to anyone.

I can't comment on a haircut, because after waiting a half hour and being skipped over, I then was supposed to wait while the stylist told the mother in his chair to "go ahead and feed your baby. We'll wait." Not once did anyone say sorry for your wait, we'll be with you as soon as possible. Never even acknowledged me. Zero customer service. Never be back there.
Good price for kids but not so great on adult men cuts.
I bought a Groupon for this salon for a cut, color and conditioning with Alonda after reading good reviews.I asked for my hair to not be too short and for long layers to be cut into my hair. Six inches were chopped off of my hair. When I asked her to stop she told me she was done cutting length and cut another two inches off which I assumed were layers being cut in- I left with a blunt cut, not a single layer in sight. Also I was charged extra for the second bowl of dye due to my "long hair." If she was going to chop it all off anyway against my wishes do it before- and work for the Groupon fee which I paid in advance. There was supposed to be a conditioning treatment included which was no where in sight and I was told "the older you get sweetie, the shorter you have to go." I'm 34 not 70.So mad. I feel assaulted. Luckily my hair grows like weeds. I was also told I should part my hair to the side after I said I part it down the middle- she told me it's cuter that way. The color did come out pretty however I will never go back to someone who doesn't listen to me and does what she thinks you should have regardless of what you say.She also talked about how she doesn't want to ombré another clients hair (who wasn't there at the time,) because work like that takes too much time and makes the salon lose money.I guess my layers would have taken too much time. Also, two clients were scheduled at once. She kept bouncing back and forth between us and rushed through each. The other girl who was there was also charged extra for her services which apparently the Groupon deal didn't cover.Do not buy this Groupon.Do not go to this salon.It's worth it to spend more elsewhere and get someone who listens to you. If I could give this salon zero stars I would and it's such a shame because it's such a pretty, well decorated, peaceful place and had such potential to be great.
I spent around $135 for a horrible hair color that they had to do twice, as in coming back the next day. Now it was HIDEOUS!! I cried the whole way home. The stylist had no clue as to what she was doing.I clearly expressed that I was unhappy with the results as well that it was NOT even close to what I asked for. Yet I was expected to pay for services that were not rendered. DO NOT go here unless you are okay will poor services and quality work.
