I wanted to buy a new truck. I went to Nissan, Chevy, Dodge, Toyota, and Honda online first. They all wanted to play the games. All except Anthony Leli. He sent a text right away with a quote. Then followed up with a phone call. I told him I just left the local Nissan dealer because they wanted to charge me for paint protection, window tint and other high mark up items I did not want. He assured me he would not do that. I went in and test drove the new Ridgeline. Anthony was great. He did everything promised and more. The whole sales staff was very friendly and helpful. They made it easy and did not play the ad on games in the end. I have bought many cars over the years and this is one of the best experiences I have ever had. I have to admit part of the blame goes to me because I never asked for a quote, but I contacted Toms to connect up my Brake buddy and we made an appointment, I thought it would only take 1 person maybe 2 hours at most to connect leads to the battery and mount a breakaway switch in the front grill.. I expected to pay no more than $300.00 and they come with a truck and two people, I live in Naples (thats where they came from) and they charged $115.00 for a service charge, arrived at 8:30 and finished at 10:30 (2 hours) and charged me another $690.00 for labor (No Parts) for a total of $731.14 with no parts, yet they charged me $41.40 for Tax). I dont know why they sent 2 people, only one person can work in the front seat of a car installing this Brake Buddy. They are just in this area taking advantage of the people here . Breakdown is $182.75 per hour for each of the two people. If you want to pay those prices by all means hire them, but there are other qualified mechanics at reasonable rates available.
Jack's Auto is definitely by far the best repair shop in town. We've been taking our vehicles (Business and Personal) to them for years. Never been disappointed with their service. Prices are extremely fair and just good all around people, period. If you don't use them, you're missing out!
It started out great . Went into there Auto Shop for 22 dollar oil change ( great ) . Let Nick no that my van was over heating off and on and its been less then a year since the new one was put in .. ( this was the nearest place to me to go without letting my van continue to over heat ) . Nick told me he would run a diagnostic test on it that would take 15 minutes and that would be 45 dollars ... he said if you do the diagnostic test and let me fix whats wrong with the car you will get a free oil change ... i was told nothing came back on the test that took over an hour . & he would give me a ride home while they figured out what was wrong . ( that was beyond nice ) then i receive a call not even an hour later telling me its my thermostat and a hose that need replaced .. $30 for the thermo and $ 67 for the hose.. $387 total for everything . Told me he could smell gas and i need a tume up so in total everything would be a little over $800 ���� ... I decided that was way over priced and i would try and make it down the road to My Mechanic ( Jack's Auto Repair ) .. Jack fit me in with two hours to spare before he closed and it was as simple as a ILL FITTING RADIATOR CAP ! that was replaced for FREE ! So my van was at Rick's for almost 5 hours and they did nothing but charge me for a failed diagnostic test and didnt do the service i brought it in for witch was my oil change . & Nick didnt apologize even for his failure ... i will be writing a formal letter to corporate and sending in a phone call . As soon as Nick realized i wouldnt do un needed work to my Van he was very rude and lack completely in his customer service area .. ( when he thought he was going to make a good pay day i was getting perfect service .... i will not ever go to this auto shop agian nor will i go to any of them .

Her We go ,paid $45 dollar for estimate ..,was going to be first one in monday morn(am got call at 11;30 The Guy said my new power stearing pump was leaking all over the place ,it was not and my boot was cracked thatI knew about and said it was blowing grease all over-Itwas not,and that my garage kept 5 yearold tires were dry rooted ,so could not do front end alignment,,So Now Get This ,,,Ready,,..Offered me$200 for the car,.and they did not do the check engine light ,another reason I brought it in,,so the didit when I got there,,and the same guy who offered me the 200 I foun out did the analyzing and came back and said there were multiple codes and the car was on its way out--went to parts store was just a code For EGR valve,,Ther are other things to mention ,but in conclusion,.,Very good luck to All who try this place,.Honestly.,
My inverter failed. I went to the Tom's website and entered my information for a return call. He called me in under 20 minutes, had read my description of my issues, and was prepared with options. Amazingly his first option entailed advice and direction that I could do to remedy the situation myself. We then discussed additional service options and his rates for an onsite call. Very professional and helpful. Prompt response to my email service request.
AVOID AT ANY COST. CON-ARTISTS AND THIEVES. I intended on buying a used vehicle from this dealership. I picked the vehicle and the financing arrangements were made. I was given a financing contract to sign that was for another vehicle of the same model but different color which I noticed before signing, thank God. I brought this to their attention and said this is not what I agreed to purchase. I demanded to see the vehicle on this contract that matches this VIN#. When they drove it up to me. It was a different color (green when I asked for the silver) and it had SEVERE WATER DAMAGE. I got upset and called them the "scumbags" that they were and needless to say I would not take a car from them if they offered it for free. Real low-lifes would only do something like this and try to get away with it and apparently this dealership has them.
