I had an old, frumpy prom dress altered by Anna's Bridal to wear as a bridesmaid dress. I was very pleasantly surprised to see how flattering she had made the dress become. She hemmed it, and used the excess material to create halter straps that clasped together in the back, as well as a belt for the waist. It looked great! As a result, I went back to have a second dress tailored to fit. Both Anna and Olga are very friendly and helpful. Just make sure you call first, as they get very busy on weekends, and sometimes close early on weekdays if it's slow.

Walked into the store and found no one there, so after we started looking around the lady came out and the first thing she said was, "go put your water bottle on the front room counter!" No kind greeting at all. Then she continues with what are you looking for with major attitude. This was my first time looking at wedding dresses so I was just thrown off course and simply needed some guidance which she clearly didn't want to give. She continued to say, "I've been in service for 15 years I know what I'm doing". My mom and I felt very awkward and disrespected. All the dresses looked used SNF cheap like they would fall apart on you the second you put it on. Don't go here. Worst customer service I've ever experienced.
We were looking for modest wedding gowns. Having been to small bridal boutiques before we thought we would be able to find something off the rack and unique. When we entered the shop, she wasn't at the counter but she told us that we could look around and she went into the back room. We looked around and couldn't find a style we liked in the front so when she came back out, we asked her if she had any other dresses in the back that had sleeves. So she directed the mother of the bride to a dress that had no sleeves but a sheer jacket over top. The mother of the bride said no and pointed to her shirt that had cap sleeves and said something like this. Brunilda then insisted that they didn't make wedding gowns with sleeves anymore. So I said, "funny we were just in Fairfield at a salon that had plenty of dresses with sleeves." And she scoffed. All in all we weren't thrilled with our visit to Brunilda's not to mention they didn't have a very wide selection of dresses.
We called at approx 12:30 p.m. to see what their hours were on Saturday. The lady on the phone was very nice and indicated they would be closed from one to two for lunch, however they were only open until four. We were in Fairfield and drove over hoping to catch them around two when they would open up from lunch. We arrived at the shop at 2:10 and they weren't there. The sign on the door said lunch on Saturdays was from 1:00 to 1:30 p.m. So we waited until 2:40 and then we left. At about three we decided to call to see if they ever arrived back. The lady said that they had gone to lunch and asked if we wanted to come in today. She was nice and apologetic but we were exhausted from waiting. We never had a chance to experience Anna's Bridal Boutique but wasn't very happy with the experience we did have.
