Mason Creek RV Park

This place is a frikin' joke. Be warned. todd, the owner, is a total pos. You ain't gonna like it. He treated my folks like garbage when they stayed there. Which, garbage is everywhere in the hole.

The manager fraudulently kicked me out of the park for speeding even though I went 5 mph. She is trying to steal $180 for the rest of my rent. I will have to take them to small claims court.

Everything the prior reviewer said are absolutely correct! I was also a monthly tenant for a year and a half. I had no issues until Patty was hired as manager. This was about the same time that my business started losing money. I was pay in as much as I was able but was about a hundred dollars. Patty served me with an illegal eviction notice stating that I was to be out that day. I explained that I was unable to do that but I began moving my things and in the interim while I was out, they moved my Rev



Everything the previous poster said is absolutely correct. I was behind about 100 dollars (after having been there for a year with no issues). I knew this was not going to end well (Patty is a NIGHTMARE)! While in the process of moving my belongings she entered my rv and took a very expensive plate collection that belonged to my grandmother. She also my 5 year old son's bike and toys. She moved my rv to a space on the other side of the park and stated that she was placing a "mechanics lien" on my property. A call to a lawyer confirmed that their action was illegal. In order to place a lien on anything you must go through the courts. Doris, the crazy owner would circle the park several times a day and watch people like a hawk. The place is riddled with drugs and while I was there, a stabbing occurred! Do yourself a favor an go elsewhere!!

Mason creek rv park is a joke. I was a monthly tenant paid my rent every month on time. They always got on me for doing what everybody else done. They have a Little click around there the white trash drug club. So if your looking for somewhere to live that smells like pot and shot mason creek is for you. Oh yeah patty the lady who runs it is the biggest joke for a manager that I've ever seen and bad attitude too. Mike the maintenance guy is a joke to doesn't do crap and gets paid for it. It's like the welfare line get paid to do nothing.
