Customer service is horrible!!!!

I went into buy a chev avalanche. The sales man said it's high milage you may want roadside assistance zerk sheald etc. I agreed but asked if later I decided that I didn't want these opptions could I get a refund. Dealer said yes no prob. Long story short it's been 5 months I call them knowone knows what's going on. Knowone returns my calls. I put 28k down on this truck the refund I should be getting back is a little over 2k. If this situation doesn't get resolved soon. I am going to have to contact my lawyer to speak with these incompetent people so I can get my money back for these services I did not use!

Customer service is horrible!

Long story short horrible customer service. I was suppose to be getting a refund. Haven't heard from Edmark. Won't return calls. Getting ready to contact my lawyer.

I felt like I was being lied to. I think that this best price is only good for Edmark. I felt that they tryed to steal my trade.I was told that I would not get a better deal, well I went down the street and got $3000 more with half the bull. You live and learn.

Never again

I will tell you that I will never again go to this dealer. The new GSM Dave was very rude, and tryed to change the price, after the fact! When I broght this to the GM Billy D he told me that it is what it is. Well I'm sure I can spend my money where people will treat me with respect.

I went to this car lot because of the "best price" (what a joke) like most folks I had a tarde. I was told that my trade was a whole sale rigg, meaning that it was going to the auction. about a week later I had to come in to resign paperwork thats another story) and I happened to see my "whole sale rigg" for $5000 more than they gave me! I understand that we all have to make money, but the story I was told was a lie! The GM Bill D seemed like a yes man, and was no help. I have bought a few riggs here and will never again do business here. It seems that new GSM (Dave Badshaw) has made this store a pain to deal with. my sales guy told me that 85% of the store has quit or was fired after Dave Bradshaw took over. Dave Edmark must be making to much money to see what realy happening to his once great store.
