        WAY over priced

        I sold a house. In an e-mail not written by me the buyers were promised carpet cleaning.
        I agreed to pay for it after being told it would be less than $200.
        A-1 Chem Dry charged $520.
        This was a typical 3 bed 2 bath with a bonus room.
        The bonus room and master had brand new carpet.
        It should have cost around $200.

        A-1 is WAY OVER PRICED!!!!!

        Overall

        The customer service is excellent, something that is hard to find these days. The quality of work is equally as good. My carpets look new and I will keep them that way with A-1 Chem Dry.
