The manager at this location is the biggest *******. They claim it is the policy of the company to refuse giving paper receipts when a customer pays a bill. This is an outright lie and she is clearly misrepresenting the matter. Idaho Code 9.1502 states, "“Whoever pays money, or delivers an instrument or property, is entitled to a receipt therefor from the person to whom the payment or delivery is made, and may demand a proper signature to such receipt as a condition of the payment or delivery.”So each and every person who goes into this store needs to demand a receipt and if they do not give one do not pay your bill and file a formal complaint with email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org.I personally am going to file a formal complaint with the State Attorney General and some other organizations.
Currupt, unprofessional, deceitful, lack of Costumer Service and Satisfaction with my first time experience with this location.
The worst management, DO NOT switch your carriers at this location, you will get stuck with double bill and paying off yourself!! Bunch of people who talk and don't do anything.
Every time I have dealt with Aidrianna at the Garrity store (both the new and old Garrity locations) the experience has never been enjoyable. In fact, when she's working I actually dread going in to pay my bill. Her demeanor is rude and working with the public probably isn't the best career choice she could've made. However... the gentleman who also works at the Garrity location (in Meridian too) is always friendly and helpful. I appreciate seeing him when I walk in the store.
Fantastic customer service, knowledgeable & friendly staff, and great prices. They stand behind their work, and their work is excellent! Have had nothing but great experiences working with them. Highly recommended!
This stores Deserves no stars but they made me put one.I have been a T-Mobile costumer for many years and was happy when then build this one near me. The first few times I went the staff was friendly, caring and very helpful. But the last four times i have been the service has sucked. The never greeted me, like most stores do.I went the today, November 15 2012, to ask them a question I had. They said that couldn't help me and to call costumer service. The first time I went they called costumer service for me and explain the problem and all the options that I could do. The worst part now if you come to buy the wont help you.
