About Search Results

YP - The Real Yellow PagesSM - helps you find the right local businesses to meet your specific needs. Search results are sorted by a combination of factors to give you a set of choices in response to your search criteria. These factors are similar to those you might use to determine which business to select from a local Yellow Pages directory, including proximity to where you are searching, expertise in the specific services or products you need, and comprehensive business information to help evaluate a business's suitability for you. “Preferred” listings, or those with featured website buttons, indicate YP advertisers who directly provide information about their businesses to help consumers make more informed buying decisions. YP advertisers receive higher placement in the default ordering of search results and may appear in sponsored listings on the top, side, or bottom of the search results page.

FANTASTIC SERVICE!!!!! I've been a cyclist for many years and I've yet to find a better trained staff or friendlier customer service in any big city bike shop. What a gem, Nacogdoches is lucky to have this Bike Shop. Brought my Trek Madone in for an overhaul and picked it up 2 days later. Bike …

Buyer Beware: Last May we were on our way from Maryland to our home in Mexico when we had a failure of our Thule bike rack in Nacodoches. We stoped in Tom's shop to deal with our dilema and Tom sold us a Saris Thelma 3 rack for our 2 beach cruisers and got us back on the road. Unfortunately when we arrived home, the rear rim on my 3 speed Townie was bent beyond repair. We had the 2 speed hub relaced onto a new rim and used the bikes for the remainder of the summer not sure what had caused the problem. We returned to Maryland in October and had the exact same problem with the rear wheel of my wife's bike. Now figuring that this is not coincidence, we looked at the rack and found that Tom's staff had assembled it incorrectly with the rear trays on backwards providing little support for the rear wheels. We now have 2 bikes that needed substantial repairs and a rack that we dont trust to carry bikes safely. We have tried to work with both Saris and Tom to resolve this issues but, even though the rack was assembled improperly (we sent him pictures including the wheel damage) he has chosen to not take any responsibility for the poor workmanship that resulted in said damage. Go elsewhere. Tom does not stand behind his products.

Bike works better than it did when new. Thanks to the Bike Shop crew. I'll be back whenever I'm in town.
