I have had wonderful Petco grooming experiences from different locations. but this is by far the WORST grooming experience anyone could ever have. Not only did they decide not to style my dog and instead shave her (she was NOT matted at all,) but they charged me extra for doing it! Then they up-charged me for other multiple things like flea bath and oatmeal bath (my dog did not have fleas!), again without asking me. And the manager was so rude! Do your pet a favor and stay away from this groomer, as I should have. You can tell simply by walking into the place by how dirty the floor is, as I am sure they never clean it!

I love this petco they are the best!!!!!! They are awesome with my puppy Moonie!!!!!!!
