This cellular sales store is Not an official Verizon store, but they sell Verizon products. This was the most Rudest and Unprofessional service that I ever received from a place of business. The sales person Curtis let me know on 6 different occasions that he was on commission and he has a family to feed, the lazy manager who never got up off of his chair. There were 6 people working and not 1 client in the store. They were in pairs of two‘s, just talking with each other and when I walked in to purchase the iPhone 8 which is a little over $800, I was told right off the bat from Curtis, “I work off commission” and I have a family to feed. I was told this at least 6 times in the 15 minutes that I was there, I was so uncomfortable I choose to leave . This Cellular store is a commission base store and The sales people were salivating at the mouth to try to get a sale and it was just a horrible experience. Don’t put yourself through it, Go to a true Verizon corporate store Which I did off Seaboard St. I received the 5 star service that Verizon provides, and walked out with a Gold iPhone eight plus phone, I’m very happy 😀

I cancelled my internet because half the time it would not work. I paid the final amount due, but subsequently got another bill. I called 3 times so far to get this straight. They put me on hold or cut me off. I am on hold as I write this. Don't know if anyone is coming back on. zzzz
I brought my daughter's galaxy s4 to ifix on 3/21 to replace the screen. They told me they had to order one. Well today, (11 days later) it's not fixed. They didn't even have the part in house!!!! One of the guys went to the kiosk to look for a screen, when he came back he started working on someone else's phone! He didn't even acknowledge to me the customer that there was no part available! Instead of talking to me, he told his coworker he had to order the part! Hello um standing right here!!! I just took the phone and left. No one even asked me how or if they could fix this. Horrible, horrible customer service. Will never go back and will definitely not recommend them to anyone!! Fastfix has the phone and will be done in an hour!!! Its now 5:10 pm.
