I am a local here decided to splurge and go to what use to be my favorite seafood restaurant worst food i have ever eaten.Crab legs over cooked ,shrimp tough and over cooked fried clams almost burnt, even vegetables tough very disappointing to see has gone down hill this bad.I do not mind paying high price for good food but 78.01 plus tip??? I left hungry and will never go back this food was very disgusting and a waist of my money.I get better food at japanese restaurant for 9.00 which does have shrimp of all kinds and crab legs and always cooked correctly.Save your money and go somewhere else.I suggest you look at past reviews here they are not recently dated.

Great place to eat love it
This was my 4th time at Captain George's, and my last. $35 per person plus soft drinks, tax and tip brought the total to just over $100 for two. We were there on a slow Tuesday evening after the season. Salad, side dishes and dessert were about what I'd expect at a Shoney's. The salmon didn't seem fresh, more like re heated. The crab legs (the reason to go) didn't seem fresh either. We were very disappointed. Had the price been $18 rather than $35 per person I would still not go back. $100 for two should buy a positive dining experience. It missed by a long shot
Most excellent. Will be back. The food was delicious. Don't let the location stop you. Everything that was tried was good. Plus it is cooked to order.
Great place to eat as family and Good food .I be there 6/20/17 soon .we eaten there last year and we love it and my granddaughter love the Crab Legs. ..yummm
The food at the Noisy Oyster is amazing!! We were there about 3 o'clock before the dinner rush. Our food came quickly and was reasonably priced. Sadie, our bartender/waitress, was very attentive and friendly! Eddie, the manager, even thanked us for coming in and made sure that we had a great experience. I will certainly be back!
Seafood buffet is 30 dollars, and all you can eat Lobster added is just 13 more dollars. I go to fill up on the all you can eat lobster. That makes Hooks a very happy place for me.
Awesome food and service. Highly recommend. Cokes are not free refills but sweet tea is.......if and when I come back to myrtle beach, I will definitely eat there again.
This was a horrible place to eat.... Went to eat with family and everything was cold and tasted like cold fish. Also got told there was a 18% gratuity even though we were all separate. A couple will average $87.00 for probably the worst food in the world. I have decided if it says calabash it calasux...
This is our first time in myrtle beach and we are not accustom to the best seafood places. As we were driving around we stumbled across hooks. Wait staff was great and the Buffett had a large selection. The food was fresh and there was always someone bring new food out. We spent about $75 for two adults and a child. Will go back again.
