If you want to avoid entering the hosting hell dimension, here are 10 potential entertaining glitches, and how to avoid them.
Excellent service, good food, reasonably priced !!! I don't want a job, I just wanted you to know we liked it. Do you have a menu online,
personally not a fan of this place...prices are way to high for the size and quality of food...would not recommend
The best pizza I've tasted since leaving New York. I drive a hour to eat at this place.
I bought 4 $5 gift certificates and have tried this place 3 times. 1st time, on my $8 Rueben they were out of tomatoes "becuz the tomato delivery is tomorrow." Keep in mind this place is 20 ft from a Lowes grocery store. But they're out of tomatos.... Ok....oh, the $8 rueben was nothing to rave about. In fact, if I didnt have more gift certs to use, I would never have returned. 2nd trip they tried to charge me more for using the gift cert. I caught her at it and that set off a Laurel & Hardy routine between the cashier & the cook. The cashier then spent 4 minutes trying to subtract $5 from $8. I finally just threw the correct amount on the counter and left the 2 of the to figure it out. I honestly cant remember what I ordered, but then their food is not memorable. 3rd trip was today and they've added a new wrinkle: Now the gig is they try to only give you 1/2 value for the gift cert. I called them on it & had to wait on the manager to get it right. I tried a chicken salad on rye. How they are able to take the flavor out of chicken salad I'll never know. Perhaps it was stale bread that did it. Sadly, I doubt I'll use the 4th gift cert I have. And the only way this place is open a year from now is if they are a money laundering front.
So i went to this place a couple months ago when they first opened and it was not good. Paid almost $20 for 2 sandwiches and the portion was so small and the ingredients were very poor. So i just figured they were still working out the kinks, went to them about 4 months later and nothing has changed!! No wonder the place was dead because no one wants to eat there! I had a burger and it was very poor quality meat. They got my order wrong and the burger was $6, and you get a Dixie cup of potato salad for a side! This place is the biggest rip off, their prices are so high for their food being so simple and POOR!!!! I will never go back to this place again and its very unfortunate bc i live close by with not that many options to choose from. So gross, the people that work there are not manicured themselves. Looks like they all did a bunch of meth before working and couldn't comprehend anything i had to say. Will never return, save your money and dont come here. Your better with getting mcdonalds. And thats even hard to say that.
best sandwiches around! might just go there for lunch today!
my favorite grocery store! always stocked and clean but most important the employees are very kind. The number one person that sticks out in my head is Kiesha, im not sure if shes a manager or supervisor. she is so polite to guests and always willing to help the cashiers with a smile on her face and lots of patience! Thank you, she makes my mornings start off great with her bright sunshine attitude!!!
Normally I don't bother with hotel reviews or customer complaints because they normally fall on deaf ears and I don't want to cost anyone their job. But the manager Heather at this store in so unprofessional and childlike it's mind numbing how she has managed to escape upper managements attention. My wife and I over heard her make fun of a customers clothing & on another occasion the hair of another customer. We ... view morewitnessed her speaking to employees like a playground bully and I never saw so many people come and go over a summer! It seems she is making things miserable for employees and customers. Thank God for the bakery and deli managers they kept us coming back , she could take a lesson from them. I wonder what she said about us old folks and how we smell of moth balls... we heard you .. and you my dear are appalling and an embarrassment , you don't deserve your position.
food prep time was super slow. food good
So we dined here a couple of weeks ago, had a wonderful waitress and delicious food, so we returned tonight. Well first off we ordered a sushi roll and my son's food. We asked that his food be brought out early, so he can start eating. We also ordered hibachi dinners. Before he walks away he says something about did we want an appetizer, as if he hadn't listened to the sushi order. So we repeated ourselves. Well about 15 minutes passed and we were just saying how that is really long for a sushi roll and the salads and soups which come with the hibachi meals. A few minutes later out come the waiter, with our entrees!!! No sushi, no salad, no soup!!!! Our son's meal was also brought out with our meals, which we said not to do. The waiter then said, "oh I'm sorry I forgot all about your soup and salad. Do you want them to go?" We told him it's ok, but we will take the salads. He then took 10 more minutes to come back around our table again, without the salads!!!!! We asked again, he finally brought them out. Well now our food is getting cold as we eat the salads and have to feed our son (which is why we wanted his early). The waiter barely came by as we ate, and if he did is was to give some stupid remark in an all too jokey manner. It took forever to get the check, and we assumed he would take something off the check given all the mishaps we encountered, but NOTHING was removed from the check!!! Another thing that was ridiculous, not once did a manager come by to see how everything was going. We understand that people forget sometimes, and we aren't difficult people at all, he's actually lucky it was people like us and not a secret shopper!!! But if you mess up, make things right, that's all. Don't expect a tip when you don't provide proper service. We are so disappointed because we enjoyed the experience the first time, but this time really turned us off to this restaurant completely.
