I had one day off this entire week and I was stressed out about finding a place to do the alignment on my car that wouldn't rip me off. I called Paramount Collision and they took me immediately without an appointment. I am so glad I was referred to Paramount Collision. Everybody there was so great and honest and helpful and it was a very comfortable experience. When I told them I was going on a long car trip and I needed an alignment, they looked over my car very well and realize that an alignment wasn't all that I needed, and there were other issues causing the problems that I was having. I kind of knew that going in though. they fixed my car and gave me a wonderful price on tires and an alignment, and looked at my spare to make sure it was ready in case of an emergency, I walked out feeling very satisfied. I was referred to Paramount Collision from another auto repair shop. That basically put their reputation on the line if I wasn't satisfied. So I took the recommendation and went to Paramount. I didn't even know they we're a full-service mechanic because of the name Collision. I just figured they were an auto body shop that I drove past for 9 years. Now I know they're here and I will recommend them to anybody. I appreciate that they went above and beyond by checking the spare tire in my trunk to make sure that it was ready to go in case I needed it, and I love that they were willing to send a car to come get me if I couldn't get a ride back to the shop. I now have a place that I can trust and afford. Nothing feels better than being treated with respect and honesty. Thank you to everyone in the office, and thank you for making me feel confident that my car will make it up north as I drive by myself.
We came to Myrtle beach for vacation and our car started shaking really bad on the way here. We got here late Saturday night and tried to call mechanics first thing Sunday. We were afraid we would get stuck here, so we needed to get the work done fast. AAA ace was one of the only ones open on Sunday, so we called him. We are so glad we did! He was booked up Sunday, but came to us on Monday. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it all within about 2 hours. He was very honest and fair with the price. We knew being tourists that a mechanic could rip us off because we had to have it fixed fast. He didn’t take advantage of us and he was a great mechanic! We highly recommend calling him.
Paid $6493.47 for an engine with a one year warranty. The engine blew up in a couple of days, they have had my vehicle for 5 months now and are offering me $5352.50 to scrap my entire vehicle. We have paid out mileage to employees for using their own vehicle and have rented vehicles to cover the shortage of this van being out. They are basically asking me to give them over $1100 and drive my van off of a cliff. Honor your warranty or give me a full refund with mileage reimbursement and vehicle rental it's that simple. Spoke with the store manager Jerry, the district manager Mike and now their insurance company. Absolutely ridiculous. Take your broken engine out and just give me what I deserve, a full refund. After 2 months of it being at an NTB store they towed it to Ford, here is Fords statement: "The van was towed to our dealership on 10/13/2017. We were authorized to perform the initial diagnosis by tire kingdom. We had to replace the battery to start the diagnosis and perform a compression test. Found loss of internal compression, internal engine failure. Found cause was the upper radiator hose was not p[roperly installed, it was too long and kinked preventing coolant flow from the radiator to engine causing engine to overheat. Also has a hole in the valve cover, and needs intake manifold replaced. Estimate for repair is $8,800 plus sales tax. If no repairs are performed, the initial diagnosis fee, partial teardown, and new battery is $1058.64. in addition, there is a $30 per day storage fee starting on 10/15/2017."

Got in and out right away lovely local family owned business. Some of the LOWEST labor costs in the area with techs who actually know what they are doing. I work at a large dealership in the area and still choose to bring my vehicle here very trusted have NEVER had an issue with Greg the owner or any employee there. Willing to even pick up and drop my vehicle off to me while I'm at work. Even comes in on weekends and works late if I need my vehicle quickly. Has ALWAYS called to get the work performed approved before going anything further then checking the vehicle out. Have purchased three vehicles from them never have had an issue with any of them and have sold them to other people whom love them. Repeat customer always happy to support local small businesses!
PLEASE, never have vehicle repaired/worked on at Auto Village Center on 3rd Ave!!! The owner, Greg was going to charge me $900 for used part that costs $320 @ AutoZone, I said no thanks will take somewhere else. Also, he told me $200 for repairs, after I get there to pick up my car, refused to give me keys until I paid them $400 in cash. They won't take debit/credit cards for payment (claim they don't have a machine), in my opinion, they are afraid when people realize the work either wasn't done & vehicle malfunctions couple days later, we won't authorize the charge through bank. Greg/owner refused to tell me where he bought the part for my car. After I kept asking him, he said "I don't have to tell you anything this is my business" then proceeded to say to me "where in the world are you from?"( indicating, in my opinion: he thinks country folk are stupid & he thinks women are as well). Greg talked to me like I was a piece of garbage!They didn't even want to write on the invoice/receipt what repair was completed, meaning fixed. Who in the world would wanna pay for something to be fixed without knowing or having some guarantee that it is ACTUALLY FIXED?!!!! This business will take your money & no guarantee of any kind or any time period on work/repairs performed there. Imagine spending a thousand bucks to fix something & the person who fixes it tells you, oh well, if this doesn't work or tears up 2 days later, too bad because we will not even attempt to make the repair right, (At least a 30 day guarantee or warrantee of some sort). It was horrible service, horrible price gouging, & I got talked to like a dog! What man even speaks to a woman that way? Please,Folks stay away from this business, Would hate for anyone else to be treated this way. The owner is furious, IMO, because I checked on the AC compressor part & found out how bad he was lying to me. ($900 there/ $320 at Auto Zone). ! They also have another location in Myrtle Beach.

Had no problems with this place at first, got good deal on a car, they send license plate on time... The only thing... Im not an experienced car buyer so when i was told by the sales lady that i had my new car insured with dealership insurance for 45 days i believed it. Well now i am charged fees by Dmv for having gaps in my insurance. And the dealership is telling me i am making this up (had two other people with me who heard the same thing). Very rude and unprofessional. Will not have any business with them again.
