I have never been treated so poorly in my life , this is where my husband and I bank I went to our bank our branch to be treated like a piece of garbage the teller was so rude I was in shock . I walked outside to calm down and think if this really just happened did a teller just be so rude to me that I was in shock. I walked back in to ask to speak to a manager to complain but he was not in I was told he was at the DMV and wouldn't be back for hours. The lady we was not the manager actually made me cry like I was wasting her time to complain about how poorly I was treated as the teller stood there glaring at me and shouting she was not rude . I never complain about being treated poorly but when there are so many banks to choose from is it too much to ask for a teller to be nice . I hope the bank security has sound and someone there watches the video from 10/13 at 12:36 and use this as a teaching experience on how not to treat customers unless they just don't want any then they are working right towards that

The only issue I have is that the ATM on 21st doesnt accept deposits. The ATM in Carolina Forest is always broken for deposits. There is no customer service line to call if your card gets stolen so you have to wait until the next business day. They also charged my account over draft fees when they didnt even make the payment, they rejected it. So they charged me $60 to reject a payment. Doesn't make any sense.
Community bank with a personal touch
went there on 03/06/14. we were pleased to see the security procedure for entering the building, i wish they had this in schools. we were immediately greeted and asked how they could help us. we were there to open a new account so we were introduced to the branch manager, Mr.Andrew Gable. This man knows how to make you feel welcomed and is very knowledgeable. Thank you for all the help and the above and beyond kindness you gave us!
Worst bank I've ever used period. This bank has a serious communication gap with its members. I've had an account with this bank for a year. It is in no way shape or form a credit union as it states. I used this account as a secondary account I pumped gas using my debit card my mistake I went over what was in my checking account by $9.12. Note there was $25 in my savings account. So technically there was money there. The bank flagged my account reported me to checks systems. I have not received a letter or nothing regarding my account being in the negative. Most banks will send you an NSF or over draft notice by mail but this bank did not. I deposited $600. The bank took their $9.12 I was in the negative plus a $30 charge for NSF. Then they placed my check I deposited on hold for clearing for 7 days as they have on every bank check I've deposited not second party but bank check. I go to use my debit card I'm forwarded to fraud services. Now I have never been in the negative with them ever in the past. So I'm embarrassed as my card was rejected I call the bank they said they made an error by not unflagging my account. Naturally I was upset spoke with a Vice president via email asking for an explanation he was on a power trip because I was upset and said if I continued to be upset he would close my account in 30 days. I go to another bank they tell me I'm reported to checks systems and can't open an account...so this bank has no customer service they have no correspondence with you as the customer via mail. They have power trips and mishandle your money! I spoke with a branch manager he stated basically if any customer is upset with the way they do things that they will call the police and file fraudulent charges because your being upset and disagreeing with their neglegence makes them feel threatened.. So this is what I mean power trip. This bank is very untrust worthy of your money go some where else. No customer service and NO I don't go around bouncing checks or over drafting debit cards. I've never been reported to checks systems either. Any bank that is willing to file fraudulent charges against you because you have a legit complaint is not whom I'd trust to handle my money would you?
