This is what there spray tan looks like green like someone beat me. The entire thigh of both legs . They refused to give refund or even a credit!!
It won't wash off. Crying my eyes out leaving for vacation in the morning. No bathing suit or shorts for me.

The store is always so clean when I go there and the girls are very knowledgeable about the products they sell. The manager was very helpful and sweet. She answered all my questions and concerns and put me at ease regarding the equipment and products. Love this place and will highly recommend to friends.

I'm not sure why the reviews are so low for Ultra tan, but I have only received fantastic service. The ladies are wonderful!

The $29.95/ month membership is not worth it. You can only use certain tanning beds and they are pretty limited... if you need to go in and get out quick you'll need to pay extra for bed upgrades. If you go... get ready to empty your wallets!

Not the place to go if you need to tan on a regular basis and expect decent customer service. The "Ultra VIP Membership" for $29.95/ month is not worth it. Or you can listen to the corporate customer service manager who suggested driving accross town to any of thier four Myrtle Beach locations...l guess if your not going to pay for a bed upgrade you'll need to pay for the gas trying to find a free bed? Customer service is very poor at both their store and corporate customer service number. We had issues with fees charged after membership cancellations. Although they advertise "No Contract! Cancel ANYTIME!" you'll be charged for the following months membership fees if not canceled by the 25th of the month! This no matter the reason, even bad service... the management team and corporate headquarters would rather back up their staff's poor customer service by hitting your pocket for money rather than trying to retain customers... go figure? We did get documents stating the automatic drafts were cancelled and that we will no longer be drafted a monthly fee but they still charged us and have refused to refund them back.
