Not a good experience. 0 respect for time and 0 customer service. I would not recommend using their services.

Before the decorations went up for the holidays we made a call to Healthy Home Carpet Cleaning. They not only cleaned the carpets but they also did the upholstery. Now we are ready to have friends and family over for good times and we don't have to worry about how our house looks. They even left us a bottle of stain remover to use. I am sure that will come in handy during our parties. You can be sure we will be calling them again in January after all the events are over. They always do a great job.

I have used your service for eight years and I've never ceased to be amazed at the wonderful job you do. To say I'm pleased is an understatement! I've recommended you to several who have also been equally pleased with your service. Once again Thanks

I've had a good experience with Healthy Home. I had some spots appear after my last cleaning and you came right out and recleaned the area. You guys do a great job and stand behind your warranty. I am very pleased with your service.

Working in landscaping I track in a lot of dirt. My wife is on me all the time about it. Fortunately all we have to do is call Healthy Home and the dirt is gone (until I mess up again.) They do a great job and are always reasonable on their pricing. I see there is a bad review on this site and I really don't understand that. We are very happy with Healthy Home.

I have a mold problem & was recommened to Healthly Home. A 'Bobby' who identified himself as a vice-president when he did an inspection of my mold problem. He confirmed I had a mold problem & promised to call me & make an appointment to do an official test which I need to go forward. Bobby, never called me back. I called each day & talked to a nice man John & John promised each day Bobbie would call back, after 6 days he never called back. John made an appointment for me on Tuesday, July 7TH, at 12:00 Noon. A man other than Bobby called up at 11:45 AM, after I had taken the morning off to have my mold tested by a licensed company, stated that Bobby was real busy, & maybe could come by later. Bobby is the person pictured on the website cleaning a carpet. If he is really a vice-president, then he needs to be de-moted or fired. I finally got ahold of Bobby, when I went by to 1017 Burcale road, & Bobby was sitting at a desk. I asked WHY he could not he return my 7 calls, he said he was real busy man. He re-stated that he was real busy & he would try to call me ASAP. He never called back for the 8TH time ! You can't trust someone who can't at least call you after 6 days, 7 different calls, & 1 office visit. In the mean time I called FSA, Full Steam Ahead. They have done everything they promised & more, I guess because an immature Bobby doesn't work there, & they have a real vice-president. A very disappointed customer who has an un-healthly home.
