I started seeing Dr. Tim O'Neill because I had pain and stiffness in my neck. I thought if I just rested it, the pain and stiffness would go away. But, after my thorough evaluation by Dr. Tim, he shared the x-rays showing me that my spine was not straight and that I had a locked joint in my neck! I went home to think about my options. I had never seen a chiropractor before. Because of my pain I called Dr. Tim the next day and was willing to let him help me, even though I was very nervous about what he would do during an "adjustment". He was very patient and had a specific plan for my treatment, including exercises I could do at home.

I've only been working with Dr. Tim for several weeks and the daily pain and stiffness in my neck are gone, plus I have a greater range of motion. From the adjustments on my lower back, I can tell that I'm walking straighter.

Dr. Tim really enjoys what he does. He's very knowledgeable as well, about nutrition which impressed me, and is key to staying healthy without using prescription drugs. He's very upbeat, always encouraging and willing to share pertinent information.

I discovered a "bonus" after my first adjustment. I have less sinus issues. I'm clearer and have less mucous. That's amazing for me!

My husband has noticed the improvements in me and has just begun to see Dr. Tim as well. I marvel at the improvements in our lives at our ages. I'll soon turn 60 and my husband will be 63.

As I get older I'm more determined than ever to stay optimally healthy and active through natural means. When our treatment is completed I plan to have us continue seeing Dr. Tim on a regular basis.
