We offer these services: Preliminary inspection prior to leasing; inspections throughout lease period & at annual renewal ? Comparative market study to assure maximized rental income ? Maximum exposure through advertising & promotion locally, via the Internet, & through referrals ? Detailed, thorough selection of desirable tenants through reference verification, as well as complete credit background verification, utilizing all possible credit report services. ? Preparation & execution of legally binding lease agreement & related documents with tenant ? Familiarize tenant with rules & regulations in the lease, as well as neighborhood restrictions ? Complete walk-through inspection with incoming tenant ? Efficient control of collections, encouraging prompt payment by the tenant ? Maintain complete accounting of all funds being collected and paid out by our office ? Prepare specifications for any repairs and maintenance to property ? Secure estimates & supervise completion of repairs ? Outside vendors & repair personnel properly licensed, insured, & bonded for your protection ? Provide housekeeping & linen service for rentals, as required.
