My recommendation would be to find another business if you need A/C! The owner was one of the rudest people I have ever dealt with. He made no effort to be cooperative and actually seemed to postpone the installation because he wanted the owner of the house to upgrade, and the owner did not. When the installers finally arrived after a two-week wait, I was told by the owner not to ask the installers any questions about the order and when it arrived! Does that sound like he was hiding something?! Usually a business owner tries to be nice and appreciates your business--not this one!!!!!

Update 9/11/14: Tried to call again to give them another chance prior to contacting BBB. Their number is no longer in service. Shocker! Still going to contact BBB. They have cost us over $1000 and we still have NO A/C!!!

They have been out to our house twice. The first time last December and fixed our unit so we could have heat. We didn't know the A/C portion was not fixed right until we tried to use it in May. So again we had to pay for them to come out. We again, thought it was fixed. We had a mild summer until this week. So just because it has been 90 days since their last visit (by a couple of days), and I just now turned the a/c on for use, they feel they do not have to stand by their work. The "technician" Scott was rude on the phone and apparently does not care that they do not stand by any "work" done. Their lack of professionalism and knowledge has caused my electric bill to go up by at least $100 EACH MONTH since their initial visit in December! This past month, it has gone up over $130...and Scott says that is normal. It's normal?! To pay to have your unit fixed AND to have your electric bill increase 75% EACH MONTH?! If I could rate a 0-star, I would!
