I have never in my life I've been treated badly and the way I have been treated by the Chick-fil-A at this location. The people seemed very unhappy and Lynn the manager has given the attitude on numerous occasions. they say it's my pleasure to serve you but I wonder if they really mean it. The only thing they're serving is a blatant disrespect.

They not only mess your order once; but try five times, and not only waiting for 60 minutes to get it right it still wasn't; the manager need to be trained or replaced!!, it's definitely time for Senior Leadership step in, and make some changes.
I eat at McDonald's restaurants and other fast food places on a regular basis and this one is the worst I have ever been in. The bathrooms were filthy and the toilet was stopped up and toilet paper was on the floor in several places. The toilet was unusable and unsanitary in that condition. When I went to leave the bathroom I wanted to wash my hands and there was no soap in the dispenser. I asked to speak to the manager and told him about the condition of the bathroom and he said they would take care of it. I waited to order my food for about 5 minutes and nothing was done, so I left the restaurant.Also, there was no soap in the dispenser
I will not ever spend a penny at this McDonald's or any other one. Calling the police because a good guy buys a meal for a homeless man? This was in all ways just wrong! Shame on all involved!
I have never filed a complaint somewhere but I can say I will here! Dried out food, chicken was awful, ham and sausage could have been hockey pucks! All the signs said all day breakfast. After driving all day the kids wanted sausage gravy. At 2pm sausage and grits both are gone. $30 and this family of 4 is headed for McDonald's.
Great service and staff!!! Drive thru is tight for larger vehicles!! Overall clean would recommend this restaurant in the future.
It started off great, then the orders started being wrong, kids taking orders rudely, rushing people, they have good affordable food, had good service, here is a picture of my chicken char-grilled barbeque style sandwich loaded with mayo and a spot of barbeque sauce on the edge of the bun and it's always like that... Wish it was like it used to be, Manager has a great personality and polite, maybe he's overwhelmed, but it appears the good employees don't stay, it's a small cozy place inside, but hard to move around, forget it if you are wheelchair bound or have a stroller, use the drive-thru
Drive thru associate wanted to charge us $.25 a pack for ketchup after we spent $21 on 3 dinners. She was also talking about us to another worker while our food was being prepared. She wouldn't even come back to the window to give us our food. We got back to our hotel to find that our order wasn't even correct. The time that said associate took to talk badly of her customers, she could have double checked our order. The food we did receive was good but it wasn't what we ordered and the customer service was a joke. With so much competition around this business, you would think the customer service would be 100%. It definitely was not!
Worst restaurant and worst service I have ever experienced. Slow, did not receive anything I ordered (it wasn't a complicated order), and woman taking orders was flat out mean.
This company has very poor management skills and don't know how to treat the employees .
