Stay AWAY from this branch! Tellers from HELL. No WONER this branch is closing! I went to deposit a 3000 cashiers check, and the overweight brown haired teller was staring at the check for literally 15 minutes making heacy breathing noises and making weird faces at me, telling me she doesnt think its real. I had to personally call the bank it was drawn on and was told it was fine. I deposited the check, and a few days later, called their 800 number and was told it cleared and I can use it. I went to withdrawl some money, and the overweight brown haired girl and her blonde haired companian with a attitude and had NO clue what she was doing, told me they called the bank and said it was already cashed, which was not true. They told they would not let me make a withdrawal even after I verified it with the 800 customer service center. I called the other bank AGAIN and was told it was fine. I had to go to the bank manager to get this straightened out. Ugh. later on, I tried to use my debit card, which was declined. I called them again, and they actually LOCKED my whole account, so I couldnt access any money at all! I had to call and demand them to release the lock. The tellers are rude and treat you like youre a criminal. no WONDER this branch is closing! Hopefully they wont be located somewhere else! If you absolutely HAVE to use this branch, talk to the branch manager. The tellers are no help at ALL.

This is the most pleasant bank I have been to. There are usually lines but the employees will offer things such as popcorn or other sundry items. They offer a great checking account. They will do almost anything to keep their customers happy and if they make any type of mistake will take the 'blame', correct it and are very apologetic. (They entered my address wrong). I have been to two Wal-Mart branches and the pleasant friendly attitudes make it worth waiting a few minutes for really good service.

went there on 03/06/14. we were pleased to see the security procedure for entering the building, i wish they had this in schools. we were immediately greeted and asked how they could help us. we were there to open a new account so we were introduced to the branch manager, Mr.Andrew Gable. This man knows how to make you feel welcomed and is very knowledgeable. Thank you for all the help and the above and beyond kindness you gave us!
The only issue I have is that the ATM on 21st doesnt accept deposits. The ATM in Carolina Forest is always broken for deposits. There is no customer service line to call if your card gets stolen so you have to wait until the next business day. They also charged my account over draft fees when they didnt even make the payment, they rejected it. So they charged me $60 to reject a payment. Doesn't make any sense.
I just closed my home loan with ABC Mortgage Company and I cannot tell you enough how great they were to work with. Scott, Beth, and Angie were amazing! They made me feel like I was their only client when I know they were working with many clients at one time. I would suggest them to anyone when looking to finance a home. Debbie May Longs, Sc
Outstanding service and they really care about service and there customers. I have been with the credit union for 30+ years back when it was on the old air base and they still have great service.
The loan officer was attentive and made refinancing quick and easy.
Awesome people who care about what they do.
