Car had over powering odor from cigarette smoke. Due to schedule I did not have time to wait for another car. First stop after my meeting was to pick up air freshener. I would like to have seen this issue corrected after rental was turned in prior to my rental, since they are all non smoking cars.
Rented a car for 1 day. Had it less than 18 hours and returned it. They charged me for 3 days. Over the next 10 days i made no less than a dozen calls alway either leaving voicemail or speaking to a clerk who would have to have a manager call back. Finally had to dispute the charge with the credit card company.
I have rented several times from Enterprise in Pawleys island, and in Pennsylvania, but last week I had to rent from the myrtle beach location. I had so much trouble because my card was a debit/credit card instead of just a credit card. I was asked to submit 2 proofs of residence, what? a utility bill, etc. so I hap[ened to have an electric bill, but he wouldn't take that because it was over 30 days old. so I actually had to let this guy look at my paychecks which I found grossly invasive. but that wasn't the worst of it. he actually asked me for 3 names with phone numbers!!! what a load of crap. if it weren't for the hurricane and needing to go that weekend I would have told them to forget it. the sad part is that I work at a car dealer that does business with this office every day. there are too many other rental places to put up with this crap and next time I will certainly use one of them. Hertz, National, here I come.

They handle all my business travel reservations and the staff there is SUPERB! Every vehicle I've been assigned has been clean, serviced and ready for pick up when I arrive at the counter. Another top-notch experience this past week---great job NATIONAL CAR RENTAL at MYRTLE BEACH!
Once again, Enterprise provides top notch service at reasonable prices.. Their vehicle selection was wide ranging. We reserved our vehicle online. It was ready, clean and gassed up. The staff was professional, knowledgeable and pleasant. No delays. We will definitely use their service again. Quality vehicle at a reasonable price.
I rented a full size car when we went to Myrtle Beach July2nd-July9th. When I went to get our car rental, the woman behind the counter was very friendly, courteous and was very efficient. I was even upgraded to a small SUV. We had no problems with our rental. The business was closed when we dropped off our car, we dropped the keys in the box and left for home. I would rent from Enterprise anytime I need a car.
DO NOT USE!! Terrible service. Waited more than 2 hours to pick up a prepaid car! The desk agent was left alone even with a line of people and all of these registrations were made. They had to know these people were coming to pick them up. I contacted customer service while waiting and they said they would send help but never did. Nobody should have to wait hours to pickup a car. Alamo, Fox, Avis, Enterprise, National all had no lines. Use them!
I have always used Enterprise in the past anytime I travel but they lost me as a customer after I had the most terrible experience at Enterprise in Myrtle Beach Airport location. The tire was always losing air. Started losing air after about 4 days of rental. Seems like they didn't check the car thoroughly after it was previously dropped off, since they they are busy in the

Thru Costco I was to be quoted an inclusive pricing which I did not receive . I made numerous calls to correct the error. The car seat rental was terrible. I did not expect top of the line; but it was bad . The rental was clean but small for an upgrade. I will not use Enterprise again .
