Hell no way....not decent not kind not friendly scott could not give me a remote that worked...he was too busy hiding in the back...making coffee and making sure he would not have to do anything for customers.....I think he forgot that customers matter...
I called to book a room for a weekend getaway and a lady name Connie answered the phone, I said good morning and she couldn't even say good morning in return. I asked my question and she was very rude, smh and with that behavior I decided to take my business somewhere else I don't need that behavior across the phone and spend my money at the same time...thanks Connie, but no thanks...
Loved it the people where very nic and accommodating,parking was great,loved the pools,just a great place
The resort was right on the beach front with plenty of family fun activities! The lazy rivers were an amazing plus!
We stayed in the sandcastle for four days and we never had a person clean our room or leave us towels. We had to run down to the front desk whenever we wanted to go swimming or needed more towels. We even asked a girl in the hallway the second day if we needed to leave our towels in the hall but she said no I will get them when I get to your room.but that never happened. We ran out of toilet paper too and had to go ask for some. Our room didnt even have blankets. Just a sheet snd bedspread on each bed. Ive never heard of a hotel that doesnt clean or care about their customers. We asked why and were given the run around by the staff. Saying well we had 125 checkouts today and that takes alot of time to do a whole room. That just tol.d us that they care about getting people into the hotel but could care less about you after your their.its not a good way to do business.

We were on our way home and stopped here for one night. We loved it so much that we stayed on and wish that we could have stayed longer. It is a lovely campground right beside the ocean, so you can either sit on the beach or in the enclosed area with lounge chairs and a heated pool and spa. Because it is April there are not many people here so there is lots of space for everyone. I hope that we can come back.
we stayed in a room for two nights and we woke up covered in a strange rash the second morning. as the day progressed more and more red bumps appeared so at this point i have almost 100 big red swollen bumps coving my body. i finally called my doctor and he told me that these were bed bug bites.we called in maintenance and both beds had a large amount of bed bugs infesting them. i could never stay here again . bad bad bad first impression i couldn't even get myself to stand in the room for another minute.
Our stay here was ok for 3 of the 4 nights we stayed. On the last day of our stay, we needed to switch rooms. Shouldn't have been a big deal you would think. Yet turned into a 4.5 hr. ordeal. Started with house keeping knocking on our door at 9 am, and every half hr there after. House keeping was under the impression we were suppose to be out. The Front desk could not give us a timetable on when we would move. So we were stuck in our room waiting on a phone call. Causing us to miss events with our family and souring our day. I informed the front desk of our displeasure with how the room change was handling. Got an "oh sorry about that", which didnt seem sincere. Didn't get the impression they are customer service oriented. So deducted 2 stars.To water facilities are nice for children, lots of attractions for children. The one large pool they do have is 4.5" deep. Though children like to bring the lazy river tubes into that pool. After a few minutes got tired of avoiding them. Minus one star.They have a nice bar at the beach. Prices were reasonable. Parking wasnt that big of an issue. Within walking distance to a number attractions. Also easy access to the beach.
