We are a small, hometown, country butcher shop with four generations of serving quality meats to our customers since 1921. We have a modern facility and up to date equipment dedicated to providing customer service and quality products. It is our highest priority to handle your animals and meat in a safe and timely manner. We take pride in having a modern facility and equipment that is well maintained and washed daily. We recognize customers as our most important asset. Without them, we would not be in business. They expect quality service, and it is our responsibility to provide that service. We are committed to maintaining a safe and sanitary environment. Therefore, it is our duty to maintain excellence in production procedures by investment in training, advance technology, and service. Quality is never an accident: it is always the result of intention, sincere effort, and purposeful direction. It represents the wise choice of many alternatives.

We offer a wide variety of deer processing services including:* Skinning* Cutting* Wrapping and Quick Freezing* Curing* Smoking* Processing Of Luncheon * Snack Meats We provide the service of slaughtering, cutting, wrapping and quick freezing of domestic animals, beef, pigs, sheep and goats. We also provide you with the option of a large variety of further processed items such as: * Sweet Bologna* Ring Bologna* Meat Sticks* Ham* Bacon* Dried Beef* Jerky* Pork Roll* Scrapple, etc. We would be delighted to prepare to your specifications, the animals you raise or we can make arrangements with a local farmer to provide you with high quality beef and pork.For your peace of mind, we take care to keep your meat orders separate. The beef or pork you bring in to our butcher shop does not get shipped off-site for further processing. Your meat stays in the facility and is processed on-site. Our goal is to get your meat back to you as quickly and as fresh as possible. Due to the high volume of deer meat we receive, all fresh meat must be picked up within 3 days, and all smoked meats picked up within one week of our notifying you that it is ready. If you cannot pick your fresh meat up within three days, we will be glad to wrap and quick freeze it for you at an additional charge.

We've used him for years. He does a great job, he's clean. He processes the meat in a timley manor, has alot of variety of products, and is very plesant to work with. He has processed beef, lamb, pork, goat, and deer for us and has done a great job with all.
