I went through the drive through at 8:15pm Wednesday. No wait, and the guy got our order right the first time. When we went to check our food it was also right. This should be norman right? No. This is the only taco bell that has ever gotten my order right. Ever... The Taco Bell KFC in Newcastle is horrible. Drive the distance and go to mustang.
The service is HORRIBLE!! I will avoid this location at all costs!! I sat forever in the drivethru - ordered - the guy on the speaker said 'no' - i was confused and said 'huh?' and then he laughed and said 'i was joking' - pulled around paid then drove up to pick up my food and the guy was smiling saying they couldnt serve me a mac snack wrap - i thought it was the same guy on the speaker giving me a hard time - i was not in the mood and i kept saying really? - then i asked to speak to a mgr (still thinking this guy was joking or something) then the woman came to the window and said ' yeah?' (RUDE!!) i asked what the problem was - she said they dont have that on their menu any longer - i asked why it showed up on the screen correct and they took my money?!?! she was soooo hard to understand with her 'THICK' spanish accent that i couldnt figure out what my other 'wrap' choices were?!?! i asked to speak with someone with better english (honestly - not trying to be rude- just a language barrier) and she got louder and slower and said ' I understand you just fine ma'm'!!! I said I'm sure you do - but i do not understand you!!! I asked her if they still have a big mac - she said yes - i said take whats in a big mac and put it in a toritilla - or just give me the big mac! she stood there like she was waiting for me to drive off or something......then said you want me to make it that way ok fine - stomped off and came back with a bag - i had no clue what i was getting or if it was spit into or what!!?!? What happened to customer service? Obviously - if its not on your menu - then just say that back at the speaker - but dont ring me up with something that is clearly still programed in your computer and then charge me for it and have me pay and sit in line for over 10 min - just tell me you have not processed my order becuz your people just dont want to make it?!!?!?!? or its not on the menu anymore! Jeez - just make the thing and have a happy customer - common sense people!!! And as for the language - how can a MANAGER act that way and have such poor English make it to a MANAGER position!!???? Jeez!
Every single time I go to this McDonalds I get cold fries! This time I ordered 40 nuggets fries and 2 other meals. Fries were cold and the nuggets tasted like they had been sitting all day long. I called and first he answers the phone with a snappy "hello"..i said " is that how you answer the phone there?" He said what do you need I'm busy! Then hung up on me then when i called back stated they would only replace 10 of my 40 nuggets. He also said he didn't have to fix it at all! Never going back! Horrible customer service and food is always cold! Manager Joel needs some training!
You shouldn't talk about getting high and drunk using the "f" word loud enough for customers to hear. Sad to expose my kids or anyone's kids to that kind of language and behavior at a place that should show professionalism. Also not appropriate to see an employee undressed behind the counter where food is being made.
The drive thru is incredibly slow everytime you come here. I have had enough time on this trip to have several different conversations with my family, get disgusted with the wait, talk more, create this yellow page account, write this review, and still wait. They are understaffed with kids. If you want to eat within the hour there is a McDonald's with a drive thru moving at a brisk pace right next door.
Waited in drive thru line at least 10 min to order another long wait to pay then even longer wait for food. Which was not our order. Told them it wasn't ours she dug thru it said this was our tocos and dessert. Not sure who's she was looking thru. But when we got home it was not what we ordered. While we were at the window waiting there was surely a party going on in there with all the laughing and noise. Maybe if your employees did there job there would not be such a long wait and the orders would be correct. Where was the supervisior during this? Joining in on the party? I know this will have no impact on the poor service. But felt so fustrated had to voice my opinion. will not be back for your poor service.
First off, I ordered 4 tacos with no lettuce, probably the easiest meal they could prepare, I mean it's what they're popular for right? So you wouldn't expect anything less. I also order 2 nacho tacos. I get home to find out all 4 tacos have lettuce in them. And 1 of the nacho tacos have a long brown hair in them. This isn't the first time either. 3 other times I've gone it's been the exact same way. This location is probably the worst I've ever been to. I don't recommend it whatsoever. If I could put less than one star, I would not hesitate.
The salads are fresh and a good option to fast food meals.
They are always busy and the food is good. Never had an issue with food or service.
At 8pm my family tries to walk in jack in the box and the lobby door is locked. The girl working rudley tell us she cant serve us cause she is short staffed. She lets us in anyway. We order and she walks away without giving us cups. I had to go behind the counter and get them myself. Over by the soda machine there was no lids no straws and no napkins. I had to dig under the cabinet for them. They are to lazy to keep things stocked. Then she walks around on her cell phone cussing and yelling. My 6yr old opens the locked door for familes wanting in and the employee yells at him telling him to stop letting people in her store. The place is nasty and employees are rude. Straight up pathetic.
