The chain in Mustang will not refund your money when you bring your food back for any reason, then the customer service person says they will send you a gift card for your money replacement but they never send it. Don't waste your time or money on this poor service and cold food serving establishment.
Have been going to Moore location for years. Moved to Newcastle so went to the Mustang location Friday eve. Realized when I got home that I didn't have the okra I had ordered with the family meal. Too far to turn around and drive back, so I called the number on the receipt. There was a message to leave a voice mail for problems with an order...so, I left a voicemail with the required info. On Sunday, after not hearing back with a return call, I decided to go the 10 miles and get my okra. They would NOT honor!! Said it would have had to be taken care of on the day of the problem. I said that it had called like any normal person would, left a message like asked. Still would not just give me an order of okra like that had forgotten. I was dumbfounded really. Poor customer service!! Think I'll go tho the Moore store if I want their chicken again. But may just not ever go back.
To err is human I suppose...It's a real pain to have to return a drive in order and then have it compounded by rude and unapologetic staff. When it happens repeatedly it becomes clear that these people don't have a clue about running a business. When they first opened it was really great. We all loved the chicken strips and gravy. Now I've learned my lesson. When we all want Chicken Express we make the long drive to the NW OKC franchise. Don't waste your time.
