I would just like to say that I am deeply disappointed in this location's service. We drive by every day and I would just like to list some of the problems we have had. Normally, I like to give the benefit of the doubt but this has gotten ridiculous...



1. When they get a delivery the entire drive through is shut down because the truck gets in the way. Nobody wants to drive around the semi-truck to pull up to one of the windows.

2. For the longest time the speaker at the drive-through was shut down, so once again you had to rive up to the window where you can't see a menu.

3. The McCafe machines have been broken down. The biggest breakfast beverages other than coffee aren't servable?

4. 5 out of the 6 times we have gone to this location in the past couple of months our orders have been wrong. Not just through the drive-through but even when we have gone inside and ordered. Forgetting to add cheese, or adding mayo when we asked for plain... not that complicated. I would understand maybe if they had been swamped I could understand but they weren't.

5. This one kind of goes along with 4 but we had ordered a Mocha (when the machine was finally working) and they didn't add any of the chocolate. Yes It was Literally Coffee and Milk.



To me this place needs to seriously be whipped into shape because management is obviously not managing. The staff appear to be careless and have no concern for the quality of their work. We pass by 2 McDonalds on our way to work every morning. We have never had an issue at the one located in Auburn Hills and they are always very friendly. The Capac location needs some serious work...
