Sprocket Wireless

I don't agree with the previous review. I've been a Sprocket customer since 2010 and I love my service. Sure there have been a couple issues in my 6 years of service but it's the same issues I had when I had an ATT, Verizon and US Cellular phone. It's the same problems EVERY wireless company has at some point. at least the CSRs at Sprocket always do everything to fix the problem as soon as they can and don't make me feel like an idiot when I talk to them. Plus I love the fact that my money goes to a locally owned company and not some big corporation that doesn't care about my community or state.

My Granddaughters phone had stopped working 4 times..went saturday only to be told i have to go back today.....it is my opinion that they do not care about the customer just getting our money.
