Meadowbrook Apts

I have lived here for a year and a half now. I have not had a single problem with bugs. Any time I have had a problem they have fixed it almost immediately. They are constantly remodeling apartments and mine is one of the remodeled ones. It is great. I rated 4 stars because the pet deposit is steep and I have made one maintenance request that has not been fixed. All in all, I love it here.

I have lived in these apartments for almost a year now. These are the very first apartments I habeas ever lived in but I am enjoying it. The landlord works with me on anything. The maintenance guys are very polite and helpful. I know of a few people that say they hate it but as long as you pay your bills and report any problems it is a joy.

So True. I just moved out after a 1 year lease where management said spraying was my responsability. Also like to add if you are considering these apts just pray that while living there nothing breaks or is non operationable beacause you are literally on your own.

Just a waring to anyone considering these apartments....They are infested with roaches and managemet does not follow codes about spraying....I have known three different families who have lost their section8 voucher because they were NEVER sprayed untill right before HUD inspections...Maintenance is sloppy at best..Management is grouchy and will make you feel every little thing is your fault.....NOT a nice place to live!!!!!
