I am giving the rating a "one" star, because it doesn't allow for a "no" star. I just purchased a residence in the Muskogee area. My credit rating is excellent...the bank loaned the money, even though I hadn't sold my other residence yet. However, the electric company has decided on their own, that I am a credit risk. Apparently, they are more knowledgeable than financial institutions.



In addition, they are allowed to keep my money for an undetermined number of years, without paying any interest to me. I thought the government was the only agency that could legally cheat people.
