I recently purchased a used H2 SUT from this dealership on October 24th 2018. I returned the truck today, November 12th 2018 because of a text message from the salesman. The salesman, Chris Martin, sent me a text asking to call him to talk about a better rate. I asked him at least three times what the new rate would be and he never answered. The last message I sent to Chris was sent on the 6th of November. Here is the text (edited for language): Here is your answer do you do at all the f****** car bring it back now else we will call the police did I get to attentional that's ourChris Martin sent that message on the 10th. I gave this dealership two stars because everyone else at that dealership was respectful. It takes just one to ruin the experience. If you go there stay away from Chris Martin.
Was looking at a dodge nitro yes used car ,they said it need a few thing ok great let them runBUT CANT FIND IT TO TAKE IT DOWN my credit it was gerat nothing down low payments he we are 8 days later and still no car really glad i did not sign any thing ... When it is time for our family to purchase a new vehicle we ALWAYS go see Aaron Shieldnight and we have for years! Aaron is knowledgeable on the cars he sells and will make sure you are the same before you drive off his lot. If you are looking for something specific, just tell him, because he will find exactly what you are wanting. Most dealers are done with you once the purchase has been made and you drive off their lot, but Aaron is different. He will call and check to make sure you are happy and comfortable with your purchase and when it comes time for an oil change or if something needs looked at he has always offered to pick my car up from where I work, in town, and bring it back to me once they are done so that I am not put out in any way. Do yourself a favor and when it comes time to get your family a new vehicle, go see Aaron "Amazing" Shieldnight because you will not be sorry you did!
Horrible customer service
Jose is awesome! We have already bought two great cars from him. He also stored one of the cars for us for 2 months without charge so we could surprise our daughter with it on her 16th birthday. We couldn't ask for a better car buying experience. Thank you!
I wrote a review here over a month ago for my girlfriends's visit into this dealer and how we walk about happy once we left. Well on the 10th I went back again this time to get a car on my own. I was just to continue to drive the yellow aveo that my girlfriend use to drive however once that quit, and the fact that I never had a new car before, I decided to not only come back to this lot but also to see Bethany since she did such a tremendous job with us before. I called her the day before I came up there and told her what I wanted (I'll spare all the details on what I was looking for but I will say it was important that the car I got was red). When I got up there she already had a car all lined up for me and as I walked out to see it I almost teared up. I wanted a red car because the first car I remember my mom having was this beautiful red pontiac (although I don't like pontiacs) and my father who had passed away recently told me I needed to get something that I would love; not like. The chevy impala she should me was an exact color match and all the features I wanted we exactly as I told her. I could tell that Bethany not only listens to her customers but also really goes to bat for them and she is really good at answering any questions and just being all around nice person. While I was there I also spent time with Chad in financing and while I'm sick of him calling me, I wanted to make sure to say what a great job he did as well and to tell him thank you. I love my car, I love this dealer ship, and If you are looking for a new or used car, this place should be your first choice. As an added bonus WE WEREN'T THERE 5 HOURS THIS TIME! Just kidding.
The staff at James Hodge Ford were a pleasure to do business with. They went out of their way to make the first time vehicle purchase a most memorable experience four our daughter. I would recommend their services to anyone! If you are looking for a vehicle, then give them a shot. You wont be dissatisfied. Their staff is honest, upfront, and eager to help in any way they can. Worst experience ever! They refused to lower their price and refused to give me any more for my trade-in than their first offer. I got approved for financing but they wouldn't call me and I had to call over and over. They treated me like a second class citizen and Phil, my salesman, lied about why he couldn't call me back. This went on for five days. I really liked their car that I was trying to buy but I got sick of their crap and am looking elsewhere. They lost my business and the business of my friends forever because they were greedy, lazy, and treated me like filth. I hope they fail and have to close up shop. Treating people bad like they did will eventually get them a bad reputation. To the people who got lucky and had a good experience I say good for you and I wish I could have had one as well.
They send you a scratch off and says you win $25,000 then when you go to collect it you have to jump through more hoops. Even called to get the confirmation and it said that my scratcher was a winner. They are nothing but con artists!
