The absolute worst car buying experience I have EVER had.I brought my 80 year old grandmother there to buy a truck. The salesman shook hands agreeing on a set price, however in the sales office they adjusted the price but did not tell us that, instead they just fast talked around it.After three days of having the truck she decided she wanted something with an adjusting seat because the seat in the truck sets too low.When we went back to the lot they treated us as if we were trying to screw them over and said the ONLY thing they could do was give a credit to another vehicle purchase wich would mean that she would have to spend thousands more to get something that she could safely drive.We asked if they could just trade the vehicle back for the one we had traded in and they said that that would not happen and that there was no way they could do that, even after we had sugested that we would take a loss of money to compensate for the trouble.The Sales Manager, Billy Dishman, who claims to be an owner of the lot, went on to claim that they did not do anything wrong and that his staff did thier job.All that his staff has done is make my 80 year old grandmother VERY upset and screwed her out of an extra $1000 dollars with all of the fast talking and deception that they pushed on her.So do yourselves a favor and just take a trip to Tulsa or OKC if you are planning on buying a Nissan product and save yourselves from being the next person to be screwed over by these vultures.I personally will NEVER buy another vehicle from them again.
When it is time for our family to purchase a new vehicle we ALWAYS go see Aaron Shieldnight and we have for years! Aaron is knowledgeable on the cars he sells and will make sure you are the same before you drive off his lot. If you are looking for something specific, just tell him, because he will find exactly what you are wanting. Most dealers are done with you once the purchase has been made and you drive off their lot, but Aaron is different. He will call and check to make sure you are happy and comfortable with your purchase and when it comes time for an oil change or if something needs looked at he has always offered to pick my car up from where I work, in town, and bring it back to me once they are done so that I am not put out in any way. Do yourself a favor and when it comes time to get your family a new vehicle, go see Aaron "Amazing" Shieldnight because you will not be sorry you did!
Seemed like a decent place to buy a vehicle if your credit is bad. Warranty sounded good but my transmission was going out and they've had it for over a month. To make it worse the manager keeps dodging my phone calls.

Buyer Beware!!!! Told manager was looking to purchase a vehicle for a church family member in dire need that took in special need foster kids, guess he saw sucker all over me... Test start # 1 toyota corolla – dead battery , jumped. Put it in drive - engine shakes bad in drive – BAD, didn’t even driveTest drive #2 kia spectra - dead battery , jumped. Drives “okay” but start noticing oil smell near end of test drive. Pop engine see smoke- found oil leak easily, let dealer know and told ”most vehicles this age and price range will have something wrong w/ them” (2005, 3500$ and 140k miles on this car)(Should have taken the clue and left then)Looked at a few others he could not get a van started and drove a Honda with way too many miles. Purchase car – 96 Acura clean – clean underneath, small suspension issue I can tell but I was willing to deal with this – test drive goes good. Drive it home 50 miles and have suspension work done. First night in the garage there’s a 2.5 inch puddle of oil on the ground. (Underside of car was clean so someone cleaned up it up w/ deception in mind w/ this bad of an oil leak, 50 mile trip coated undercarriage) Take it to the mechanic; engine has to come out to fix the oil leak. Get engine out – water pump has small leak and right camshaft position sensor is bad. Junk yard motor will be less than amount in parts to repair and will have less miles. Horror story from there – tranny springs a leak, has to be fixed, junk yard motor grenades, now replacing motor 2nd time. Meantime - Call dealer let them know of issues – give them a chance to redeem themselves and help out? Maintain a reputable name for themselves- Of course answer is no they claim they only made $250 on the deal…..car bought as-is etc etc …now 45 days and driven car less than 100 miles. Also 2 months to get the title. They had to write a new bill of sale updating the date

I wrote a review here over a month ago for my girlfriends's visit into this dealer and how we walk about happy once we left. Well on the 10th I went back again this time to get a car on my own. I was just to continue to drive the yellow aveo that my girlfriend use to drive however once that quit, and the fact that I never had a new car before, I decided to not only come back to this lot but also to see Bethany since she did such a tremendous job with us before. I called her the day before I came up there and told her what I wanted (I'll spare all the details on what I was looking for but I will say it was important that the car I got was red). When I got up there she already had a car all lined up for me and as I walked out to see it I almost teared up. I wanted a red car because the first car I remember my mom having was this beautiful red pontiac (although I don't like pontiacs) and my father who had passed away recently told me I needed to get something that I would love; not like. The chevy impala she should me was an exact color match and all the features I wanted we exactly as I told her. I could tell that Bethany not only listens to her customers but also really goes to bat for them and she is really good at answering any questions and just being all around nice person. While I was there I also spent time with Chad in financing and while I'm sick of him calling me, I wanted to make sure to say what a great job he did as well and to tell him thank you. I love my car, I love this dealer ship, and If you are looking for a new or used car, this place should be your first choice. As an added bonus WE WEREN'T THERE 5 HOURS THIS TIME! Just kidding.
The staff at James Hodge Ford were a pleasure to do business with. They went out of their way to make the first time vehicle purchase a most memorable experience four our daughter. I would recommend their services to anyone! If you are looking for a vehicle, then give them a shot. You wont be dissatisfied. Their staff is honest, upfront, and eager to help in any way they can. J and G auto is the worst place to buy a car from. Never buy car from them. They will lie to you. I paid 1000$ DOWN. I was told if anything went wrong with the vehicle, it would be added to the end of my final payment. I am a widow with a 13 year old son. And I am mentally disabled. J and G motors told me it was the transmission. Fort Gibson tire and wheel diagnosed it as not the transmission. I trust Danny and all at Ft Gibson tire and wheel. J and G motors-not to be trusted.
