Twice I have gone to Lowe's and have had difficulty with service. To be exact, there was none or was woefully inadequate. My last trip was Sept. 7th and I needed to choose 2 quality storm doors. It was about 6:30. I told information I needed assistance and no one came. However, the young man who did assist me in choosing a ceiling fan was extremely helpful and told me I could order online, which I have done for the storm doors. the first time was in July 2017. The item was over $100.00 and was on the top shelf. My daughter had been to the store earlier and told them we would be coming in later that day to chose the specific item. When we arrived it was still on the top shelf, the employee finally obtained a lift and the battery was dead. He couldn't get the item himself and called for someone else after we were at the check out. He had previously contacted someone else to send the amount of the sale to the register. They sent it to the wrong one and the person at the register tried to contact them and obtain a price. It never happened. While she was doing all this they brought our item to the register. We were there for about an hour or more to purchase one item. They did give us a discount for the inconvenience.I will go to Lowe's again but will try to go earlier or go to Tahlequah's Lowe's.
