Dr. Wayne H Kohn, DO

I am suing Hackley community care as well as Dr. Nidia Meadima for defamation and malpractice. After weeks of trying to work with the patient advocate and the management to remove incorrect, derogatory and damaging comments to my medical record. I met With Dr, Nidia Meadima 1 time for only five minutes. I did not ask to see her nor did I want to see her. She made me wait for OVER two hours in an exam room while she was in the hallway socializing and ignoring her patients. When she finally came in the room she treated me like a criminal. When I told her I would not except her as my physician and left she attacked my medical record with ridiculous accusations that will effect my medical care for the rest of my life. She is NOT my doctor. She did NOT have permission to access my medical records. These people are irresponsible, disrespectful. malicious and unprofessional. This is absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with a medical care provider.
