I bought a SUV from Dalton Auto, a year later this vehicle is still running great. I paid a reasonable price. This is a honest dealership and I will purchase from them again.
Caused more damage than they repaired($1300 damaged dash v. $900 repair)! I brought my truck in for a heater core which cost me 900+ dollars almost (mostly labor) knowing that it was a labor intensive job that required the removal of the dash. I wanted someone experienced to remove it to keep the dash in one piece and free of damage. Instead, I was received by a deeply scratched dash, scuffing on the door panels where they pull the dash off, and to top it off they did not reconnect anything on my CD Player (back up camera, android auto cable, and steering wheel controls) after they re-assembled everything. I brought the truck to them to show them the damage. They discussed it with their Technician who said he could not have done damage there and they have notified me they will not be replacing the damaged components. Except they had to take off this portion of the dash because they disconnected the components of my radio that they did not reconnect upon completion of the heater core replacement.
I "bought" a car. After the first wash all the black marker came off and there were scratches and dings to dents everywhere. Next a headlight went out. Happens but not when first get it. Changed bulb and found was the socket not bulb. Car city graciously fixed it because they knew G6s have that issue. 3 months later the other side went out. This time car city will not fix it. Said sorry bout your luck. Can i return a broken product. No will they fix it no. If i caused it sure id not even ask em but...this was a flaw before i got it. If you have anyother option use it do not lease fron car city. If i could get out of this lease i would! I hate you car city!

I recently took my Equinox or routine service. Was told by Betten employee that they found out my brakes pads were worn so bad that the rotors were damaged. When I asked why they didn't find it at previous services, they said they wear really fast. I made an appointment for following Wed. In the meantime I took my car to two other service shops - one national chain and one local private owned. Both said my brakes were in excellent condition. This is the third time that they either suggested work that didn't need to be done or said they did work they didn't do. Manager gave unreasonable explanations why I had previous problems. Don't go there!
Every car I wanted took at least a week to get fixed, nobody answers when you call to see the progress. I had to stop in every time, and every car that I waited on to be fixed ended up having too many problems. I finally settled with a car on the lot that had a ton of miles but I only needed it to last a year. Well it stalled twice on the way home from the lot. They refused to call me back until I finally got ahold of them the following week and asked if they could at least pay for the part and I would find someone to do the work. They refused...no surprise. But let me tell you, they will swear up and down you will not be put on the road with a pos but here I am. They are very good at talking and their very cheap prices almost make it hard to not purchase from there.
Bob Upson told me the price for a vehicle and I tried to give him some money down and he said it wasnt needed, he said he needed a few days to get the title but if i wanted it that it was mine. We talked a few times and then his son Terry called me on the third day and said "I sold that truck". Not even a sorry or how else can i help. Unprofessional. A gentlemans agreement and a handshake mean nothing to these people.
I received terrible customer service from a used car salesman. Will never go back there again!! Todd Crummel tried to badger me into buying a vehicle that was false advertised for a different price and it wasn't worth the price. If this is the type of people they employ then NO THANK YOU!!
As the owner of RPM Automotive, I would like to address the complaint of the young BMW owner below. This customer had a complain of coolant leak from his water bottle, which he supplied from an online source which was the correct part that was installed at his request. When retested, a leak was found at his thermostat housing, which had a hole in it. When advised he needed a new housing, he said he did not have that part and asked if we could repair his old part that was defective and should've had a new one. Due to circumstances, the attempt was made to repair the housing which unfortunately did not substitute a new one. Unfortunately a reply to this complaint has been long overdue. The customer was offered the opportunity for the free installation of his own new part, which he declined. Possibly the part was not available due to circumstances we were not aware of. Unfortunately this customer had a bad experience with us, and we want to help everybody who is willing to be helped. Ask.
