delivery driver tom smelled like cheap colonge and weed wont order again probably works under the table and doesn't pay taxes
My family and I went out to eat here yesterday. I really love the sushi! It was very fresh and delicious. The food was also hot and tasty. Service was good as well. Would recommend this restaurant to my friends.
I like the food here and have ordered before, but will never order from here again. I placed my order 30 minutes ago, and they just called to tell me it would be another hour and a half before I get my food. Usually it only takes an hour tops to get my delivery, I was not willing to make it two. When I asked to the cancel order, they refused and gave me a laundry list of excuses and tried to tell me I shouldn't expect my order fast since I live "far away"- 5.3 miles to be exact. I tried to tell her I had to be somewhere and just got more excuses. I finally told her I would just put the food in the fridge because I wouldn't have time to eat, and she hung up on me. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER
The food was ok as usual. The sushis was good. But at the end of our meal server filled us up front when we paid like she was demanding a tip. Had to break a twenty just to give her one. Over all there are better places in the area.
I like this place better than the rest...food is good. My family and I have been eating here for awhile now. And the farther away we move, they keep on delivering. What other place does that.

This restaurant is run by a manager/owner who does not care about satisfaction of customers. Several times over the past year we have gone in for the lunch buffet service arriving and being seated well before 3:30 p.m. as dinner service starts at 4:00 which is more expensive. The manager comes around and checks plates to be sure there are no dinner service items on them, which we never have. On at least 4 occasions he has waited to ring our ticket onto the register until the dinner service has started and we were charged dinner service price which is substantially higher! He knew that we had arrived well in time for the lunch menu timing. We have brought this to his attention on other occasions with no real response from him, and finally yesterday one of the people in our party got quite irritated on it, because he felt it was a rip-off to the elderly people, and brought it to his attention. He laughed at him! and stated that once the register time is on dinner hours he has no way of changing the pricing on the tickets! This is terrible business managing not to mention terrible customer service. He told us that dinner hour had changed to 3:30...although there was nothing stating that anywhere that we could see. Even so, we were there well before that and our plates were lunch service items....he checked! How many people has he done this to that did not notice? We won't ever be back, the food is not that good to put up with being laughed at when voicing a legitimate and costly concern. What happened to pleasing the customer ?
