Beware, salon has no LIABILTY INSURANCE. I painfully found out after a bad treatment for eyeliner. Am now paying for laser treatments myself. They broke their 'customer satisfaction guarantee'. Please always ask for a copy of proof of insurance.
The 'Chief' does beautiful work, however it takes months to get on his schedule. Then cancels 5 min after the appointment started. The receptionis said he 'has a lot going on right now'. And wanted to rebook in another 4 months. I'm sorry but I took time off work for this. The 'Chief' just isn't up to tattooing anymore I guess.... Taking my business elsewhere
I was referred here by a friend. Had an appointment scheduled for 9 AM. Booked the appt with the artist and paid the deposit. I showed up at 9, at 915 one of the other employees finally called the artist who hadn't arrived yet. The artist then said the appt was at 9PM. It was written in their books in the morning and on a card I left at home. They told me I was wrong and they would not refund my deposit without the appt card. It was poor customer service and I was shocked that this is how they run the business.
Very clean atmosphere, with lots of talent!!!
