I "bought" a car. After the first wash all the black marker came off and there were scratches and dings to dents everywhere. Next a headlight went out. Happens but not when first get it. Changed bulb and found was the socket not bulb. Car city graciously fixed it because they knew G6s have that issue. 3 months later the other side went out. This time car city will not fix it. Said sorry bout your luck. Can i return a broken product. No will they fix it no. If i caused it sure id not even ask em but...this was a flaw before i got it. If you have anyother option use it do not lease fron car city. If i could get out of this lease i would! I hate you car city!

While on a short vacation in Muskegon, I began to have some serious brake issues. Being from out of town, I had no idea who to call besides the big chain garages in the area. Literally nobody was open on a Sunday during Labor Day Weekend. I found this mechanic advertising on craigslist and decided it was worth a shot before I attempted to fix them myself in the hotel parking lot. My text was answered almost immediately even though it was 7 pm on a Saturday. We set up an appointment for the next day.I pulled up the next day to a garage called Ernie's Auto. The owner and his son immediately pulled my car in and got to work. I ended up needing new brakes and rotors because one of the brake pads didn't release and ended up grinding down to metal. Even with a trip to get parts, they were finished in a little over an hour. The price and service was amazing. I can't thank you guys enough. I would give you guys 6 stars if I could.
Every car I wanted took at least a week to get fixed, nobody answers when you call to see the progress. I had to stop in every time, and every car that I waited on to be fixed ended up having too many problems. I finally settled with a car on the lot that had a ton of miles but I only needed it to last a year. Well it stalled twice on the way home from the lot. They refused to call me back until I finally got ahold of them the following week and asked if they could at least pay for the part and I would find someone to do the work. They refused...no surprise. But let me tell you, they will swear up and down you will not be put on the road with a pos but here I am. They are very good at talking and their very cheap prices almost make it hard to not purchase from there.
Bob Upson told me the price for a vehicle and I tried to give him some money down and he said it wasnt needed, he said he needed a few days to get the title but if i wanted it that it was mine. We talked a few times and then his son Terry called me on the third day and said "I sold that truck". Not even a sorry or how else can i help. Unprofessional. A gentlemans agreement and a handshake mean nothing to these people.
I brought my boat to Halls Sport Center in Muskegon last june for a "tune up" . After putting it in the water I noticed that my idle was still not right. I had to make an adjustment on my throttle cable to keep it from stalling. My performance was still bad. Finally I had the marina where my boat is docked look into it. They found 3 fouled plugs and the plugs were old and not even the correct plugs . The plug wires were old and they never changed the rotor cap as I asked. Halls gave me a bunch of old parts that weren't even from my boat. They suck, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH HALLS!

I would never buy a vehicle from them again. After less then an hour of having my vehicle the check engine light came on. It coded as multiple misfire. I took it back to them and they said that they fixed it. 2 weeks later the light came on and coded the same. They never fixed the problem to begin with just reset the light.
Worst service ever. Took car in to have all new rotors and brakes put on. They pinched the ABS cable putting back wheels on. In the front, they smashed the stone guard and knocked out the alternator. Then wanted ME to pay over $750 to fix their damage! When I came back with the problems, the service guy sat at the counter with his hand hiding his face! He knew they has mess up my Never again, not even for an oil change!!!
